Amazingly big suite! Exceeded our expectations! The bathroom was very nice as well. We felt very comfortable there, like at home. Also very nice location (you can walk to zoologischer Garten with no problem, highly recommend this place) and cute window views! Despite the location very quiet area!! Absolutely great decision to stay. We didn’t try the breakfast terrace, but it looked very inviting with the garden. If it was a busy touristic weekend in Berlin, we would have definitely chosen to calmly get our breakfast there and have a chill morning.

No concierge services, but since there is an elevator its ok.

The property was well located with good local restaurants in Savignyplatz. The public transport links are great to the property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay and the property was clean and served all our needs.

There was no housekeeping service everyday which we were aware of and happy enough with however we would have appreciated being able to get enough coffee pods for the entire stay without having to pay for each individual one. We also felt there could have been a smart tv in the room with access to Netflix etc.

Best location in West Berlin! Comfortable bed, luxe furnishings, beautifully appointed studio with everything I needed. Rain shower, walk in closet. The laundry room is great if you’ve been traveling for a while, and they were kind enough to find me a hang drying rack, although there is a dryer. Friendliest staff at reception who create a cool and welcoming vibe in the lobby bar area, where they also serve a good breakfast in a beautiful setting.

It was fine for me, but do note they don’t clean the rooms every day by default. It’s more apartment living than hotel in that regard.

After first night they didn't clean the room/change the sheets. Turns out we had to ask to be on the list for room cleaning. Might be our mistake, I guess it was written somewhere, so I don't blame the staff, just have that in mind.

The room was very nice, with an enormous comfortable bed. The bathroom was also 10/10 with a large walk-in shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful for us non-german speaking folk. I did really like the privacy that we felt whilst here. Great location too. You can get anywhere you want by walking to the Zoologischer station and hoping on the train which was super easy and useful.

The rooms do not get cleaned automatically every morning so you have to book in a clean. We did book in a clean, which never happened but it didn't affect our stay to be honest as we only stayed for 3 nights.

We stayed twice in the summer with each lasting about a week. The front desk staff were very effective and friendly, especially Jonas and Alejandro. Not only they provided us adaptors to charge our phones and computers, suggested local stores and gave us an umbrella in a rainy day, they held our bookings when we were accidentally delayed by the messed up airline schedules. Jonas even waited for us after hotel normal hours to hand us the key when knowing that we were about to arrive late. We appreciate all the efforts very much. Also, the hotel has high quality rooms, spacious with kitchenette and both working desk and dinning table. Although no air conditioning, the wide patio door and a ceiling fan can still make room temperature comfortable.

Nice room and location. Quiet street but close to transit options and park. Convenient laundry facility. The room was a good size, especially the bathroom. Hotel staff was hospitable.

Our safe did not work. I mentioned this to the staff but it was not fixed. I found the breakfast to be expensive for the size, so we opted to make our own breakfast. The room was hot- could have used more fans or a darker curtain to keep the summer sun out.

Neat and clean, good quality material used. Spacious room with enough daylight. Utilities are also good qaulity, there is a small kitchen in the room

Cleaning could be more frequent, only 1 cleaining servise during 5 days stay and they forgot to clean the garbage bin. Asked for orthopedic pillows on the second day never arrived. No TV channels other than German. Could be more refresments on the minibar; 1 beer, 1 coke, 1 redbull, 1 water :)

Clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Complimentary mini bar was very pleasant. The location is close to public transport and there are many cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Groceries shop is also close. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet, only couple of blocks from it it gets really busy.

We had double bed that were essentially two beds put together, however every time you move your bed-part moves with you, often times apart from the other part, which was very annoying. After all we just had fun of it, just be careful not to slip in between the beds.

The Garden Studios are beautiful. Spacious, comfortable, nicely designed. Staff are super friendly, flexible and helpful. They make you feel welcome but are in no way overbearing. A really lovely team.

I was first in a city studio on the top floor. Although relatively small, it was nicely designed and felt cosy. However - there was a connecting door to the neighbouring studio, which was hardly soundproofed and so very normal conversations and sounds from the neighbours could be heard crystal clear. Not ideal, hence I upgraded.
