The hotel situation is perfect, close to the main attractions by walking distance, and with a train station at 2 minutes. And as well it's situated in a quiet street, with very close lively bars and restaurants right next to the river. The room size is ok for 2 people, and bathroom is ok as well. It's clean wich is very important for me.
The worst was the pillow, if it can be called pillow, it's like sleeping directly in the mattress. We asked the pillow to be changed but they don't have another type, so they offered another one, and with 2 pillows is a little bit better. Just for info, it doesn't have a fridge in the room.

Overall, it was great. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole process was very smooth. The lobby and common areas were very elegant. I really appreciated the fan provided in the room.
The floors in the upper hallways and room looked like what you would find if you ripped up normal carpet. It might have been nice if there was an ice machine available and I would have preferred if breakfast was included with all rooms. The location was less than ideal because I was suffering a leg injury, and to get to public transit there were a lot of stairs.

I did like that it’s located near the metro station where you can just take metro to your destination. Also, you have so many shops around including mall of Berlin blue it’s just located near top attractions. Extra towels are provided if needed and reception stuff speak English very well.
For the location you have to cross the bridge to go to metro station with up and downs stairs about 15 up and 15 down. I think might not be a preference for some like handicapped or family with kid stroller. It was difficult for me when I arrived and left to move my big suite case up and down the stairs. Room is so small that you don’t have a space to move around so not recommended to bring food to eat. Plus don’t expect any service to deliver to your room by the kitchen you have to go and get what you need your self which really not type of customer service expected from hotels.

This hotel is really two, with a main hotel and another one just across the street. I stayed at both on different legs of my trip. I was traveling alone and the room was good for me. It might be a little small for two people, but I don't think it would be that big of a problem, just depends on how important space is to you. I stayed in June and a heat wave hit the last day I was there and there was no A/C. Surprisingly, when the sun goes down if you crack a window and turn on the fan it's good enough (at least for me). The breakfast was excellent, priced at a point where I was disincentivized to go out and look for food elsewhere. There's also a bar and restaurant at the main hotel. The location is very good, about a 15-20 minute walk to Museum Island, Unter den Linden, Reichstag, etc. The staff are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
Minor nits: the shower was small and no A/C.

Amazing stay overall! We only had breakfast on the day of our checkout, but it was so delicous and with a lot of variety to choose. The bedroom was really good and always very clean. The staff was very friendly at all times and very polite. In terms of locations, the hotel has a very good one, since is very close to the Berlin Friedrichstraße station (which has trains and underground to any place you want to go) and has a lot of restaurantes and shops nearby you can go by walking and enjoy!

The hotel was across the road from its sister hotel- the part we stayed in was not manned but we enjoyed this as we could come and go as we pleased. It was very secure and extremely clean. The staff were incredible- they left Prosecco and chocolates for my partner as it was his birthday and also helped us with our way about the city. We are already planning to come back to Berlin to stay at the Allegra
Nothing, it was perfect

I was delighted! Most important is how you are welcomed! So lovely. Thank you. I am 80 and the main train station is only a couple of minutes' walk away.see photo [direct to Airport] and C P Charlie is a straight walk maybe 15 mins past the station. From there you can easily walk to Brandenburg gate etc. Before the steps to the station is the river and there is a fabulous walk and lots of tempting places to eat as well as totally tree lined stretches of walk. My room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Everything seemed new and built to a high standard and was bright and cheerful. No frills such as free water, but an outstanding TV which you can watch YouTube or anything including your photos on your phone through Mirror Cast. And stations in English!
Absolutely nothing. Thank you!

Close to one of the city’s train and underground stations therefore good transport options to the airport and all areas of the city. Easy walk to the Brandenberg Gate and Reichstag building. A cluster of busy bars and restaurants nearby but the hotel was tucked away quietly away from the crowds. Very quiet, well equipped room. Smooth and polite check-in/out process. I’d stay here again definitely.
I would have liked to get the breakfast option each morning but it was too expensive. There are cheaper options nearby.

Very central location, close to restaurants, bars and main sights. The room was very quiet, good size, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh bread and a wide selection of products, but quite expensive.
Very efficient but not very friendly staff, as we stayed during the May break weekend, the city centre was almost completely deserted, with police cars everywhere, not many places to eat were open and we walked miles just to get an ice cream. The Irish Pub round the corner saved us, we also enjoyed Curry Wurst at Ständige Vertretung.

Proximity to some reasonably priced restaurants and a 12-15 minute walk to the Brandenburg gate and other remarkable tourist sites. Makes use of ecologically sound practices, has relatively strong wifi and comfortable beds.
Warm inside the room without airconditioning and despite the air cooler which was provided. Lack of advance notice that check in was at a different hotel across the street and so we had to bring our luggage back and forth. Quite a queue to check in. Elevators were quite slow. Took long to get one. Pricey for its minimalist concept and limited amenities.
