The hotel was spotless and looked great—a great price for a hotel that was attractive and highly welcoming with areas to sit within the foyer. My parents also stayed at the hotel for a more extended period and had an issue with their room. Their problem was quickly resolved, and the hotel staff were polite. We were treated well, and the team made us feel extremely comfortable. I also liked that there was a sufficient parking area outside the hotel for cars to pick us up and drop us off.

As a British traveller, the fact that there was not a kettle in the room was a little annoying and also, the room service options was fairly limited.

Modern, clean & friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom. Plenty of hanging space. The room was very quiet and nice and cool - despite the 28 degree temperature outside. Every day the hotel provided chilled lemon water or mineral water for guests to enjoy near reception which was very welcome after walking in the heat. We booked a superior room so that we got bathrobes and slippers and, on arrival, they were not there. We told reception and they brought them immediately. It was easy to find - we got the train from the airport to Alexanderplatz and then tram M5 to Klinikum (the hospital). The tram stop is very close to the hotel & takes you into the centre of Berlin very quickly. The ‘Green Stay’ system meant that, by not having our room cleaned daily, we got free drinks - good for the planet and nice for us!

We liked everything

The room was big and very clean! Unfortunately, the room had the window in front of a construction site, therefore it was a bit noisy in the morning. The breakfast was good, but no variety. Good location, very close to the Tram station and U-Bahn. Good connection with Alexanderplatz.

The evening restaurant, however, had very bad service and poor choice of food. I asked 2 waiters to clean the table before bringing the food and they did not do it. The food was bad for a 4 Star Hotel restaurant. I waited for more than 20 minutes for the check, which did not come until I left the table and then I was asked how I want to pay! Very rude waiters. One employee from the Reception apologized for the situation and I was offered the drinks as a gift from the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the city tram line and directly across from a large park. The staff was competent and attentive. They offered a "green stay" voucher for the bar if we agreed not to have our room cleaned daily. We would have agreed to that without the voucher but appreciated the gesture. The room was quiet even though it is on a big avenue and has many construction projects in progress nearby. With the inner door to the room closed, we couldn't even hear people in the hall since we were close to the elevator. The hotel provided earplugs for "the city that never sleeps" but we didn't need them.

Great location if you want to explore the easter and northern parts of the town (Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte). The rooms are surprisingly big, bright and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even organised us a hangover breakfast after the official breakfast ended. Their spa (included in price) is very good for a hotel and we went every day.

Groups of business guests can get very drunk in the bar and be really loud. But the rooms are far away from the bar, so you won't hear anything, the bar was just not the most inviting place. But then again, you are in Berlin and there is a great bar on every street.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel with really friendly and helpful bilingual staff. Perfect for the show we were attending at the velodrom which is about a fifteen minute walk down the road. Other tourist attractions are easy to reach via public transport and there is a tram stop almost right outside. They gave the option to forgo cleaning of the room in exchange for a drink at the very cosy hotel bar. Room was a good size and very comfortable with an easy to use hot shower.

Breakfast is a little on the expensive side, so we only had it on one of the days. There is a good selection though, and plenty of stuff for special diets (vegan, gluten free etc)

The hotel was beautifully, recently renovated. the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed and linen were good quality and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful. It was great to have the use of the steam bath and sauna free of charge. It was value for money. We loved supporting the environment and getting a free drink instead of room cleaning.

It was a little further out than we had wanted but convenient to Berlin’s efficient public transport system. We had a view over a building site next door but that is not the fault of the hotel!

Large room, convenient location, standard facilities, good sauna area but small gym. Excellent staff; we had a little maintenance problem and it was solved fast professionally and respectfully. Great to have both air conditioning and the option to open windows; this should make everyone happy.

Mattresses are more suited for those who like them on the firmer side. Rather expensive breakfast. Underground car park available but also free street parking in the neighbourhood.

The breakfast at this hotel was really tasty, and I enjoyed it a lot. It's in a nice area close to the park, and public transport is right next to the hotel, so it's quite easy to get to the city centre (just a 15-minute walk). It's also far enough from the city noise, which is a plus.

The hotel room did not have a smart TV, which is now a standard. It would have been nice to be able to connect to Spotify or watch Netflix before going to sleep. However, this was a minor inconvenience.

I loved everything about this hotel. Before my visit to Berlin I read some reviews which gave me cause for concern, so I contacted the hotel and was assured that all my concerns would be addressed, which they were. Some reviews had mentioned that the housekeeping staff did not do their job well. We found our room to be spotless. Other reviews mentioned noise from a nearby building site, but we had requested a quiet room which is exactly what we got. It was a wonderful stay. We were on the 6th floor with an awesome view of the TV Tower and the Berlin skyline - and awesome sunsets! We also had a lovely park opposite the hotel, and the nearest tram stop was literally less than five minutes away.

We had no complaints whatsoever.
