This is an excellent hotel with a very fine restaurant. The personnel was friendly and efficient. I had a large room with a balcony, a sofa, a very comfortable bed and an excellent large bathroom with a wonderful shower. The room had a balcony over an internal courtyard and although the view wasn't that pictoresque (a parking), the room was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a large breakfast room. The hotel was very clear about the corona regulations. I had dinner in the restaurant and this was an excellent meal of typical South-German cuisine, The fact that I travelled with a dog was not a problem at all, this was all handled with the unmost friendliness. We were able to do quite a nice walk along the canal. I was not able to check out the spa facilities, but the pictures look nice. Very close to the highway. To be recommended!

About the hotel itself nothing really. As far as I could see, the village where the hotel is located is not exactly a pictoresque holiday destination, but very close to France,, Switserland and the Black Forest,

very charming hotel with great services. We felt at home and comfortable. the restaurant had an elaborate seasonal menu with a traditional kitchen. the breakfast was more than complete. the sauna was surprisingly large with 4 different sauna rooms and infra red heaters, multiple rooms to relax.. I would have spent a full day there alone. My kid was super happy with the play room indoors, a good menu for kids to choose from and coloring to keep in busy. the attention to detail for the little ones make such a positive difference! we also like that it was easy to access from highway.. easy to find, and free parking. Thank you

the bed was comfortable, but I would suggest an upgrade to bedding.

Easy to reach, modern, very clean hotel, with a friendly atmosphere. What we enjoyed the most was the staff's welcoming attitude: while we were travelling with a small baby and arriving rather late they were thoughtful and flexible in every possible way: they kept our plates warm when we tried to get the baby asleep, they put a baby cot in our room, provided a baby chair spontaneously, heated us some water for the baby bottle, allowed us a late check out etcetera. This is customer friendliness, congratulations!

I have stayed here before but it has been a few years. In the meantime the owners have invested in a completely new wing and refurbished. The bar and restaurant remain the same, which is a good thing. Plenty of help from the friendly staff.

They advertised that the rooms were air conditioned, but not all of them were. We chose this place because of the A/C, and we did not get rooms with it.

Excellent hot (scrambled eggs, sausage) and cold choices for breakfast: jams, honey, smoked salmon, cold meats, etc Delicious choice of bread and rolls, orange and mixed fruit juices. Good coffee. Great location, close to motorway for onward travel. Good restaurant. Patio seating. Free parking.

nice small village, easy parking, room was very comfortable and spacious with a balcony and seating both inside and outside. Staff were lovely and their drindls beautiful. The hotel has a big restaurant and lots of outside seating as well. Food in the evening was okay and breakfast was good.

High consistency of service, cleanliness, food. I'm now a 'regular' at this hotel and always book if there is a room free on my journey. The location is perfect. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and always make me feel welcome. Thank you 😊

Everywhere clean and staff very friendly. Room was very nice and the evening meal was very very good. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Car parking on site. Many extras available.. Will use again on our way back.

We missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room. But not the end of the world😄

The room was really clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good and staff were so nice. We were late in our trip and ended up arriving quite late. Staff was very accommodating and sweet!
