Nice hotel just in front of street with markets - location is great The hotel is small, clean and accurate. Fully matches 2star hotel Shops, train station and other facilities are within close distance Great morning bakery just in front of the hotel.

It's too noisy at night time - lots of shady people occupy this part of the street. There is Turkish cafe outside (I like their tea and street food) but it's concentrating a lot of noisy people every night who arguing, shouting till the morning.

The location was great and the rooms were well isolated from the noise outside even though the hotel is very central and in a busy area.

There was no room to put our luggage after checkout, our flight was late in the evening but the checkout was at noon so it was inconvenient to put the bags in an unsupervised space and the other option was to take the bags with us while we walk around the city which is also inconvenient

Central location During my booking I asked for a quiet room on high floors. So, I stayed in the room 53. Clean room and bathroom, perfect bed for a nice sleep and mini fridge. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. 30 meters from Konstablerwache S-bahn and U-bahn station. Quick check in and check out. Excellent and very polite receptionists.

Just around the corner from large central plaza that had food trucks and farmers markets events along with other Wes, subway stop was underground there and also all stores were on the bottom floors are both all of the buildings including some larger multiflora shopping centers. Lots of park benches in smaller than use so there’s plenty to do or just watch

Entry on side alley (ok) but some rooms like ours face that alley. on warm days, very hard to sleep with windows (Europe’s long running environmentally‘cooling’ fan. Late night ally cats (people), motorcycles, trucks, booming car audio)

The location right next to the SBahn is great. I flew in and took the SBahn straight there. It was clean too.

The toilet made some funny noises during the night but it worked fine.

The hotel was in a very good location, the staff were very pleasant and the room and bathroom were very good. It was very hot during my stay but I was able to open the windows and the hotel also supplied a cooling unit for the room.

The location was perfect. It was easy to reach most tourist places in the Frankfurt center and a train station in a few minutes by walking. The relation price-quality is good.

We were in summer, and the room was warm. It is not a good idea to open the windows because of the noise from the street. There is an air-conditioner, but it was not working, apparently. The room is big and great, but it could be better cleaned (specially the white sheets and the ground)

Location is very center. I dont know why there are low ratings but i believe it is good with the price you pay. Very clean, not much amenities but you are surrounded with many shops. The room is very simple but the bed is comfortable. Staffs were nice.

The amenties in the room are being reduced, They provided a kettle yet no tea or coffee..!!! And i know they used to do, because i stayed there before.

center town, next to Alt Stadt (old town), central shopping plaza and S & U-banner (subways around the corner). Many restaurants, bakeries, cafes + McDonald’s across the streets.
