Pearl Design Hotel - Frankfurt City

Excellent Breakfast! This was my first breakfast in Germany and honestly still in the top 3 I've had, only because the other two were from multi star hotels so it is to be expected with their higher price point, but I really, really enjoyed their breakfast. Staff were excellent, so friendly and accommodating. The location was quite good if you don't mind a bit of walking but if you're in Frankfurt to sight see, this is probably not a bad idea. The services provided were extremely good. The bar looked quite inviting but I never went there.

Rooms were in line with the good pricing however the carpets were stained, curtains and bathroom area/ shower tiles appeared dirty due to the old grouting and markings. It is clean though, you can tell that it is clean but you can't clean off staining, so it feels dirty to be in there. I am not fussy, so I didn't mind too much, but if the carpets were replaced, and the bathrooms were revamped, like the grouting re-done, clear rubber seals replaced, this hotel would be absolutely remarkable. It is good value for money, however I stayed in similar priced hotels and this was the only one in this condition. The rest of the hotel is in top condition.

Being such a short visit, we didn't really make use of the facilities or breakfast sadly. Location to the Messe was perfect but sadly the area lacked some other eating options but that's no fault of the hotel. Room spacious and comfortable and clean. Bed was not the most comfortable but that is down to personal opinion. I would have liked normal tea or coffee sachets a only had a couple of herbal tea options.

A good variety of food available for breakfast. The coffee machine was fabulous. My room had a good size and was quiet, although facing the street. Staff was friendly and really helpful. I would come back in the future.

Sadly, i could not use the rain shower in my bathroom. The handles for the wardrobe doors were really slippery and hard to open.

Bed was comfy, pillow was great, beautiful big shower and a 10-minute walk from the main station. With the windows closed, the traffic wasn’t too loud. Aircon worked great

My bathroom tap leaked onto the bench a bit. I could only connect to the wifi on one device at one time, but it was very fast.

Excellent stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I ordered a baby bed for my 8 months daughter and wasn't expecting to find it already in the room once we arrived 😅 and she really enjoyed sleeping in it 😊 The breakfast buffet was very nice with various fresh things to eat

The backyard was so noisy during the evening that we did not really enjoy the nap because we arrived very exhausted.

I contact the hotel for some information before my arrival, the staff was very fast and corporative I arrived early to the hotel, the reception offered me a very warm and nice welcoming and did his best to make ready a room for me. The breakfast was perfect , all fresh , I loved it very much Next trip to Frankfurt for sure it would be my first priority. I recomend Pearl Hotel for single or family trip

The Pearl hotel staff is so helpful and polite. They were very knowledgeable about the town sights and especially accommodating when my family was delayed an extra day in Frankfurt. The cleaning ladies are also amazing and super friendly. The staff definitely shines in the Pearl hotel!

The washroom shower had mold and was not well built. The room carpet is a bit old and stained.

Very rarely do I commit to returning to a hotel (especially in Germany), but this one is an exception. The hotel has excellent value for money ratio, the staff was extremely kind and courteous, the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast had all the necessary choices and was accommodating to different food requirements. Very comfortable bathroom as well! I also received a room upgrade which was extra nice! Location-wise, the hotel is 15min from the station in the Gutleutviertel, close to the river but away from all the mess of the Bahnhofsviertel. Very strongly recommended, I personally can't wait to stay again in Pearl.

Some spots in the bathroom were not cleaned completely and there were some worn out elements, but nothing too disturbing.

The staff is very hospitable and helpful. The hotel is near the center, almost no noise. The room is very spacious and looks modern.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, there were long black hairs on the floor, imprints of someone’s palms on the glass and the room smelled like sweat. Also the key card works not so well. Also you can use WiFi only on one of your gadgets. once you enter the password on your phone, laptop loses connection.

Feel relatively secure in this area (compared to the northern part of the train station) Supermarket very close, approximately 3 min on foot. Close to Riverside, it will be a great place for a cozy walk. Takes approximately 30mins to walk to downtown area and 7 mins to train station
