Very easy travel to hotel from airport (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) direct Stopp, friendly staff, design interior of hotel and room, restaurant NENI and breakfast buffet exceptional, location Speicherstadt with beautiful brick buildings, close to elbphilharmonie or Factory Hammerbrooklyn / Deichtorhallen, bike rental at other 25rhs hotel also very easy and only €5.- extra

Room was the first one the first floor, close to door and elevator, smell of kitchen went through ventilation system, heavy garlic smell early in the morning not so yummy, cleaning staff neither changed the the used coffee pots nor put a refill, even after we have made a request at the reception, we had to ask for the information about business breakfast, glass doors to bathrooms not really practical (at least a second door for the toilet was there).

Being situated in the historic port authority building this place oozes nautical charme wherever you go. The interior is stuffed with vintage globes and maps, there are sailing ropes and boat hardware everywhere. The style is vintage and cozy - plus: as per usual at 25hours there are a lot of great amenities such as a free minibar including local beer, messenger bags for shoppings sprees in the Hafencity and even a bike in your room that you are free to use for city trips! The restaurant is run by the NENI chain and serves delicious israeli food. If you'd like to eat there be sure to book a table in advance, it is very popular also among the locals. Breakfast there is also really, really good, don't miss the Shashuka!

Due do the ancient builing this place has a rather labyrinthine architecture with many stairs and elevators. Might be challenging for people with wakling handicaps.

Surprisingly big room with a very nice bathroom. Very nice to have a bike connected to the room (even though the tires had no air, which I fixed by taking it over to the other 25hours to borrow the pump). Nice and comfy interior. The free minibar is an extra that one wouldn't expect and is surely worth more than it costs the hotel to refill.

The toilet should have had a better clean before clearing the room for the next guest (in this case myself). Everything else was clean. If you add oatmilk to the breakfast instead of or in addition to soy milk, it would be perfect (I know this is a luxury issue...).

Room was big, felt like a small studio apartment. they provided bowls, a bed and treats for our dog. The Neni restaurants at the 25 hours hotels are always fantastic.

Was a bit of a maze. There are roadworks behind the hotel which make it very difficult to access the car park. It would have been much easier if the hotel had given guidance on how to access the car park.

Comfortable and pleasant room in a great location close to the city the harbour and the Elbe Philharmonie

It was not possible to get a table for dinner at either the restaurant or the bar in the hotel during our stay. Staff are apparently aware that the in-house restaurant and bar are popular with locals - we were told the first available table in the restaurant was a week after our stay, as if we should have already known this. The staff member we spoke to also did not make any recommendations for alternative dining options. We had to go outside the hotel and find a restaurant in order to eat in the evening. As the weather was bad (raining heavily) this was not a good experience and was the lowlight of the stay. It would have been nice if we had been offered the option to book a table in the restaurant when booking a room.

Beautiful space with incredible breakfast <3 Everything in the city is easily reachable on foot or public transport, the rooms and bathrooms are great - would instantly visit again. Each person from the staff was absolutely wonderful - thank you for a great weekend in hamburg!

price was quite high… but this was due to a big exhibition in Hamburg… all Hotels had twice the price during this week…. a bit upsetting when you come just for leisure and have to pick the wrong week…

Upcoming part of town, directly across from the Maritime Museum. walking distance to town centre. Large underground parking. Great in-house restaurant (Neni).

As it is a converted old building, although the rooms are modern, you need to take several different elevators or stairs to get from the reception to your room.

Boutique style hotel with great design, perfectly located in Hafencity right next to Speicherstadt und with the city centre in walking distance. Big fan of Boilerman bar and Neni restaurant, both within the building. Super friendly staff, always happy to help. and of course „Stop the water while using“ cosmetics available in the rooms.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. The conscious use of water is promoted, which is a plus, and the coffee&tea and minibar are nice gesture.

€24 for breakfast is rather excessive, even though the breakfast buffet is very extensive and the food is of high quality.
