The location is exceptional, the room was very clean and my upfront request was considered. The breakfast, as other visitors will confirm too, is lavish and nothing beats the view. The sauna and gym were a very welcome addition to the overall experience!

I believe the staff were a bit overwhelmed by the conference happening in the hotel at the same time. :) I understand the comments regarding the size of the pool, but given the location it seems to be the best case scenario.

Location was nice, staff was very helpful and view from the room was breath taking. Breakfast is excellent, as expected from a 5 star hotel.

One day some of the dirty lining was forgotten in our room and at departure day cleaning came at 10 am, although, checkout was until 12. This made us feel kicked out, thing that we did not seen before in any hotel.

Problems to be solved: - The TV in my room was not smart, impossible therefore to watch Netflix or channels in another language than German Small suggestions (nothing serious) - not every day they changed the soap in my shower, and I had to ask for it, they brought it to me in 30 seconds, but I recommend to be more careful - my bed made some small noises, but really very small ones, I recommend checking that too - The bathtub shower head was slightly broken, nothing serious, but I recommend checking it

beautiful rooms with great view and design. comfortable and clean. great gym/spa. staff very helpful and kind. top level.

The only thing missing is a spot to work in the communal area, like the lobby, that would have electrical sockets for laptops etc. there is not place to use your computer if you need to do so outside your room and there aren't any communal working spots in the area (at least the staff couldn't recommend any)

We came to The Westin for our honeymoon, the room was gorgeous and they left us a dessert plate wishing us a happy honeymoon- such a lovely touch. The spa facilities were lovely, we really enjoyed this. Location was top notch, we were right on the harbour and had some lovely walks along the harbour every day

We were too late to book any treatments in the spa, it would have been nice to get a reminder to book in advance, this is our only regret, but gives us an excuse to come back

Our room was very spacious, modern, warm and comfortable, with stunning views of Hamburg docks from the floor to ceiling windows. Wonderful shower and tub with the same floor to ceiling views from the bathroom. Despite being next to the Elbphilarmonie concert hall and busy harbour, the bedroom was triple glazed and serenely peaceful. Housekeeping and room service were excellent, and all the staff members we encountered charming. The location was great for getting around town, taxis were plentiful outside the hotel, and Uber was also easy.

Magnificent View!!! Very nice staff. Facilities are very good. Excellent location. The bed is very comfortable. I like the smell of the shampoo, etc.

1. Breakfast is good! But I think it may could be a little bit better. :) 2. I understand that plastic bags are restricted nowadays. But I think it is better for me and the staff, if there are bags for the trash bins. I feel somehow reluctant to put things in the trash bin, since there are no bags...

The property is in a busy location with much touristy stuff to do around it as well as nice restaurants in the near vicinity. The room was excellent, as was the on-site restaurant and bar. The concierge staff were wonderful.

I did expect to see a bidet in the facilities, but maybe they’re going out of style. I’m not a fan of communal shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles—who knows what’s going on in those bottles.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, and is high up so the views are exceptional. The rooms are large, with great facilities. There is a small gym, a good pool and the food was also very good.

The access to the hotel is by lift to n8th floor reception. To get to the rooms you need to walk to another bank of lifts on the other side of the hotel. You can't get from your bedroom floor direct to ground, you have to change lifts.

The view from the room was fantastic.

The electrical circuits kept switching off and we spent much of our time trying to get this fixed. The remote control for the tv in one room didn’t work. The coffee in the room was instant. They went with a local company, but it was really awful coffee. For the price I paid, I would expect a higher quality than what was provided. The breakfast was nothing special. I have paid far less for higher quality. I expected my stay to be relaxed and luxurious, and it was just like going to the Novotel with a really nice view. I did not get a good value for the money.
