Great location, walking distance to several attractions and shopping areas. The bus to the central station stops right outside and the u bahn is a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of options very close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is an early bird discount if you have breakfast in the hotel before a certain time at the weekend as I think they get very busy. It’s right on a very busy road but we asked for a quiet room at the back and heard nothing. We slept very well. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bar is cool and sophisticated with a good selection of wine, beers and cocktails ( expect hotel prices though).

This may be a. British thing but we’d have liked a kettle in the room. The bathroom is odd, no door on the shower just an opaque shower curtain behind a window so I would suggest you are comfortable with your room mate as privacy is limited. The shower was hot and powerful though! The restaurant is high end and expensive, however if you have kids there is a Dominoes next door. Great breakfast but cheaper to go to one of the many nearby coffee shops.

Great hotel at a great location. Very nice, friendly and professional staff. Great restaurant with friendly, professional service and good food. Hotel bar is splendid and well stocked. Great bed, room and shower. There is always humour in every communication. The 7/24 shop 'Späti' is a very good idea. We will come back! The bus stop 'Singapurstrasse' is just at the hotel and there are very frequent connections to Landungsbrücken, main station and Altona.

Bathroom was fogged up after each shower. Maybe air can be better. We slept with window open and street maintenance work at Singapurstrasse start at unholy hours on Mon and Tue.

I really enjoyed staying at PIERDREI! It was lovely to come home to a beautiful hotel tucked into the canals, bridges, and striking brick buildings that make HafenCity stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were very spacious and comfy. Make sure to hit up the Späti when you're in need of a late night snack!

I personally enjoyed the location, but it was a bit of a trek to get to the conference center (CCH) I was headed to each day. However, the transit from the hotel between the buses and U-Bahn was fantastic, and I rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for a bus or train to arrive.

This boutique hotel was our favorite of our Germany trip. The adorable accessories were all available for purchase in the gift shop and we definitely bought a lot! It was perfectly clean, very spacious and fun for our whole family. The kids had a private bunk room in our room that was their favorite! They also had a lot of special touches for children such as tiny hangers and a separate toiletry box for them in the bathroom. We booked this primarily for the location to the Miniature Wonderland museum but would rebook just to stay in this adorable hotel again! The staff was absolutely amazing, kind, and accommodating.

the location is perfect one can easily reach the center or the harbor by foot or grab the bus, as the public transport is wonderful in Hamburg. the room was clean, the hotel itself is exceptional and well taken care of. staff was super super polite and friendly, as well as available at all times of the day. what we LOVED is the fact that the toilets use rain water to flush and that is something we care to see everywhere.

the only thing we did not particularly like is that the door to the toilet is a sliding door so does not really give much privacy.

I loved the interior design, the cleanliness, and I found the room itself very cozy and spacious. The reception team was friendly and we got to check-in on an earlier notice so we could refresh in the room and head out to roam Hamburg good as new!

Would have been nice to have the option for a spontaneous dinner in the hotel. My friend was not feeling well on one of the evenings so she stayed in the room, but could not order food in the hotel (the restaurant did not offer take-outs and was fully booked). It makes sense to operate on basis of reservations only, but we were not familiar with the order-in options in the area, so perhaps some hints on dining alternatives for guests staying in the room for the evening would have been nice.

For some reason, there was no door into the bathroom. We were a couple of friends traveling together so it was SUPER weird having to leave the room when someone had to shower. There was a large window from the shower/sink area to the rest of the room with only a thin, see-through shower curtain to close off - so you could sit on the bed and look DIRECTLY into the shower. We were all dumbfounded, and had never seen something like that before. Not very nice, and very uncomfortable. At least make the window opaque. Also, there was no door, so if you turned on the light in the bathroom at night, the rest of the room lights up, where people are sleeping. I had to pee during the night and used my phone flashlight as to not wake the rest of the people sleeping.

Great location, trendy area, yet not too busy, 10 min walk to the city centre, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff, reasonably clean, it was very quiet for a hotel. Aircon and shower were above average for a hotel, made our stay very comfy.

Safe is too small, can't fit a small laptop - didn't have any issue with the laptop though, it was safe and sound where I left it, so probably not a big deal, but would have felt more comfortable if I could lock it. Fridge is very tiny too.

Exceptional hotel, especially for families. We had an extra large room for a family of four - perfectly spacious. We loved all the special touches and knick knacks in the hotel and room. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great breakfast and very reasonably priced. This hotel offers exceptional value for money in a great location.

Could not fault a thing.
