We traveled with our two young children. Unfortunately, there were no adjoining rooms available but we were given neighboring rooms, and we had one adult in the room with each child. We were surprised to find that there is a small playground behind the hotel, enclosed in a courtyard with some high-end apartments. There is a sandbox and two small slides, plus some sand toys left by the neighborhood children. There is also a foosball (Kicker) table on the first floor, and a vintage video game system. The restaurant, Heimat, had excellent food and very kind staff. It gets booked up so it’s best to make a reservation, though we were lucky when walking in early (17:45 for dinner).

We did not try the breakfast because 24€ seemed excessive to me. We had a nice breakfast at the nearby Cafe Gautioes for about half of that - they have terrific local bread, too. And it would have been great to have connecting rooms, but it worked ok without.

Located in the Hafencity very close to many companies, as well as interesting sites of Hamburg (e.g. the International Maritime Museum). The room was quite spacious and very interestingly decorated. Mini bar is complimentary (with a couple of bottles of water, a couple of bottles of local beer, two chocolate bars and a bag of chips).

Perhaps the interior design of the room, although very nice, it’s a bit too busy for a business traveller, who needs to relax after a long day of meetings or concentrate to do some work.

Great, modern hotel. Decor was very up to date with lots of nice touches in terms of lighting, books in the room, and a mini bar with free water , soft drinks and beers. Useful things like a portable BT speaker that you could take out if you wanted, and spare power packs free to borrow in reception. Super friendly staff. A very refreshing approach.

Very little. Breakfast was slightly disorganised - I was offered eggs cooked to order only after I'd eaten for instance, but that was a minor omission.

Located in HafenCity - very easy to get to / from there: Only 1 minute from underground train U4 (station Überseequartier), only 1 station to the center of Hamburg (Jungfernstieg) or 2 stations to the main train station. Elbphilarmonie / Speicherstadt within walking distance (~ 1 km). Absolutely clean, very friendly personnel and delicious breakfast with local and organic products. Liked the harbor / boat style of the hotel with the lovely design of every detail - typical "modern" Hamburg atmosphere.

The hotel parking is a mess. We followed the signs to the hotel parking, but once got in it turned out that most spots are reserved for inhabitants of nearby buildings. So we were directed to another parking floor, but to get there we had to first go to the reception, check out of the hotel parking, and then drive to the other floor. In total it took us about 30minutes to park the car in the hotel parking which is completely ridiculous.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. It was just about the breakfast which we did not enjoy at all. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant area were quite too small. I was bumping into other guests who were annoyed by the narrow access to the buffet. Staff were nice but could have worked more efficient.

The styling in the hotel is wonderful with a maritime, fishing, industrial theme. I especially loved the portrait photos of the fishermen on floor 5. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom large. We had our dog with us and he was made to feel incredibly welcome with his own bed, bowl and doggy snacks. The breakfast was excellent - if only we'd had more time to enjoy it. Finally, the parking is underground right under the hotel.

Nothing - it was all good!

Good breakfast, they have a good selection of bread, meats and cheeses, eggs of course and vegetarian options. The breakfast was never crowded, no matter at what time we went. Public transport is a short walk away, a supermarket is around the corner.

Location. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, clearly prepared to go the extra mile to help. The place has character and flair while also maintaining the highest standards of efficiency. My new Hamburg go-to.

Wifi in the room rather weak.

everything was amazing, I only stayed for one night but the staff was soo nice, I felt really comfortable, given that I was traveling alone, I really appreciated a nice staff ! the room was also very cosy, nice and cute ! Breakfast was also great !
