I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time and got my room straight away. The young lady was very kind and friendly. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean and is located very close to two tube stations (3-5 minutes of walking). The building is located inside an arch and is isolated from the main street, which makes the location very safe and quiet. I stayed for 4 nights and never heard any noises whatsoever. Although the location is not very central, you can easily reach everything by public transport. The elevators cannot be used without the magnetic keys, so no strangers can come inside. Rooms have refrigerators and stovetops, so you can keep and cook your own food. There is no daily room service, and it was 100% fine with me. When at home, I don't change towels every day and don't really need to get them changed all the time when living at a hotel (think about all the wasted water!)

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste, but it wasn't a big deal anyway :-)

Location is great: it takes only a couple of city train stops till the Hamburg main station. The facilities are top: everything is new, everything works properly, beds are comfy, shower & toilet are spotless, kitchen area has all necessities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is tea&coffee for free. Stable Wi-Fi. Cute breakfast area with play one for the kids. And all that for a reasonable price. The place is just awesome!

There is literally nothing to complain about, the place is great!

The room was very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is perfect, you walk in 5 minutes to the U-bahn (subway). The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull.

The room was a bit hot. This hotel is brandnew, so may be there were some technical problems with the heating. By opening the windows, it was not such a problem.

Studio was spacious, well equipped and clean. Common space was great.

-We had asked for a higher floor, but during check-in, we got the predetermined room, "the only the room that was free", at the first floor, although, there were 7 rooms left on Booking. So, "special requests" box was useless, nobody reads that. We had a view at an open parking, but we hadn't have any problem with noise. Photos are attached. -Secondly, there was no night table, only space above the bed which was quite high, and there were no reading lamps. -WiFi access could be improved. -We've stayed in Aparthotel Adagio ACCESS twice before and it was 50% cheaper than this one and closer to the center of the city. We have chosen to stay here, so we can't complain, it's just an observation. Nevertheless, we choose to ignore this minor inconveniences, and give it a ten.

Quiet location (we faced the court yard) in residential area. Hotel garage, REWE supermarket and metro conveniently closeby (the latter at a 2 min walk, ride takes 20-30 min to e.g. Jungfernstieg or Sternschanze). Quick and efficient check in/check out. Tea, coffee, condiments freely available. We took a few meals in our room. Fridge and cooking utensils clean and sufficient for our needs. Overall vibe: practical. All the basics covered.

We heard doors banging shut but luckily this stopped by the time everyone seemed to be in their rooms. Our room was next to the extra hall door to the elevators, perhaps that was what we heard.

The studio apartment for 4 was very roomy, and it was great to be able to hide the single bed for extra space. The kitchenette had all the cutlery, crockery and utilities you would find in a normal kitchen and cleaning products, including a dishwasher and tablets. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was fantastic, completely spotless. The nespresso machine was also a real treat and the coffee pods sold in the shop were delicious. Overall the hotel was perfect for what we had planned for my trip with friends. And the staff were very approachable and friendly.

This is very minor - although the shop had all the necessities you require, I did find it strange that there were some you could pay by card and some you could pay by cash. This was not a huge problem but I recommend bringing cash in case you need to buy anything.

You can check in at any time, the staff is helpful. Peaceful quiet place, you can sleep with the window open. Nice clean modern area for breakfast, fresh various food, also it is free coffee all the time if you would like to sit in the common area or outdoors. It was very convenient that you can leave your bags at the hotel on the day of departure and still walk around the city if your flight is only in the evening.

No sufficient air conditioning in the room and overall in the hotel. The best solution was to keep the window open during the night. We would love to stay again when visiting Hamburg, just definitely not in hot weather.

Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, washer and dryer on site. I didn’t take advantage of the community area as I was traveling solo, but I really liked that a social gathering space was available. I ask enjoyed the view from my room— it was a vacant/abandoned lot — and I liked being able to keep my curtains / windows open knowing that people wouldn’t be able to look in and etc.

I wish they had told me how to turn the fridge on when I was checking in. I ended up contacting staff thinking it was broken and they told me how to turn it on which was fine, but that little bit of info upfront would have been really helpful to someone who does not live in Europe. The location was a bit farther from the city center but there was a subway down the block which was a nice solve for not being too close.

The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice big window through which we had lovely natural light. The kitchenette had all utilities we needed and everything worked well, and whatever you needed that wasn't already in the room upon arrival, you could lend for free at the reception at any time during your stay! (We lent a toaster as we wanted to have a small breakfast in our room.) The common room / area was lovely designed, had games and a play area for kids as well as a kitchen area and a coffe / tea maker and a water dispenser where you could get / refill your drinks for free throughout your whole stay.

it was rather warm in our room (22-23°C) and even though there was a thermostat installed, we couldn't convince it to cool down. upon asking a staff member, I was kindly and patiently informed that the reason for that was the central heating system, and that it could not be lowered since it was still within the heating period. She apologized for the inconvenience and suggested we'd open a window, which we then did and all was well.

I liked the friendly staff and that there was FREE access to tea and coffee 24/7 that one could take to relax in outside lounge area. Since the hotel was also family friendly (not needed for my stay), there were options for games and toys that showed thoughtfulness for the needs of different set of travelers.

The air conditioning of the room/apartment (for American expectations) was insuffient. The unit could not be setup intuitively, however staff downstairs was able to explain (the non-intutitive set-up). It would be helpful to have instructions in the room. The overall cooling effect was limited. It's best to not use the unit and just open the windows at night when there is a fresh breeze.
