The room was very nice, cozy and big. The house was beautiful! The location right next to the u-bahn, could not have been better! Very convenient to take you anywhere in the city centre!

The check-in, as many describes, was in a seedy little "hotel" in a shady neighborhood a bit away from the actual hotel. This is a bit off-putting when you first arrive. However, when you check out, you just leave your key in a box at the actual hotel where you are staying, so you don't have to go back. There is almost no "counterspace" or anywhere else to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The room itself is rather quiet, but when people walk and talk in the hallways, its very noisy...,

The room was great—spacious and clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location near Lübecker Straße station. Even if it’s right beside a busy road, street noise can barely be heard in the room.

A notice is posted right at the hotel entrance stating that the reception is currently not at the hotel address, but about 1 km away. I didn’t know this beforehand but luckily I didn’t have any luggage with me, but walking through Hamburg weather for 2 km back-and-forth wasn’t a pleasant experience. The room I stayed in has a nice bathroom room but I’m not a fan of it’s light depending on a motion sensor. it’s able to detect movement outside the bathroom even if the door is slightly open. Taking a bath might not detect much movement and turn off the lights, then blind you when you suddenly wake up from a short slumber.

Awesome place with high quality design of room. You fill like at home there. Huge bathroom and adorable size of beds. There are a lot of free parking spots around and paid spots near by hotel. +10 points to designer :)

- There are no stuff on site and you need to make a checking 1.1km away of room location. Could you send ahaed to guest message, instead of paper notification on the door. It is especially unpleasant after long driving. - I have almost drop keys into postbox due to my German is poor :) there are no English translation. It is not easy to guess where is the keybox. .- I count 8 table lamps in the room for 4 people and two sealing lamps but not electic kettle or other device to make a tea inside room or in the common location. Would you mind to add it please 🙏

Where do I start. Wow. We booked the one room with the balcony and freestanding bath tub. Although it's right on the main street you don't notice the noise whilst in the room. On a summers evening the balcony is a nice addition we ordered pizza and chilled. The beds are very comfortable. The room light bright and modern. The TV didn't work but didn't necessarily need it anyway.

I had to go to another hotel to pick up the key. But it wasn't far, one stop on the U-Bahn. No soaps in the room so bring your own.

The bed was spacious, room was clean and it is close to a subway station. I would probably book this hotel again when we visit Hamburg.

We need to check in to another hotel which is inconvenient because I have my 2 small kids with me. The place was under renovation when we arrived. We wanted to use a toilet but unfortunately they don't have it there. 📌 If you are travelling with kids and it is possible, go directly to the hotel where you are going to stay and just one person can go to get the key and do the check in process. 📌From Hauptbahnhof just take U-Bahn 3 and go out to Lübeckerstraße. That's the second stop from Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is a minute walk from Lübeckerstraße station.

The property has excellent location and was done to a very high standard. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Would rebook

The check in was a bit cumbersome as they couldn't accommodate late check-in (beyond 10pm). Due to flight times etc we couldn't be there on time so had to arrange for someone to physically pick up the key. This may not be possible for most tourists and hence a contactless check-in (which a lot of accommodation across Europe do provide) would be great.

Location was actually great, very nice city villa with excellent decorations and a very quirky open bathroom concept. The room had two double beds, one toilet, and one bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub in an open space concept. Within walking distance from public transport, some nice restaurants in the area as well. Free parking right next to the Hotel, behind the hospital.

It was a hustle to get the key since the reception is situated on a main road with loads of traffic and no possibility to park. Also the location was quite shabby.

It was super clean and fancy. We had a great night and slept very well.

We were not informed that the check-in needed to be done at a different location (Steindamm 52, 20099) in order to obtain the key. So, before going to the hotel address (Angerstraße 3, 22087), you should go to Steindamm 52.

Large comfortable room, in a great location. Walking distance to the lake and city centre. Good value too!

It was very warm, but beside a busy road, so we couldn't open the windows at night as it was noisy. There was no air conditioning, so a couple of fans would have been great.

The room is very comfortable and the bathroom is big and with a good shower. The location is very nice with a subway station very close. There is elevator in the building.

There is no reception in the building and the check-in place is not that close, you need to get a subway and walk. This is very inconvenient. During the night, they seem to turn off the heating system, which is not very pleasant during the winter time. Since there is no service desk in the place, it was a problem to stay in contact to complain about that.
