Very nice hotel for a short stay. The room is not big, but it's pretty comfortable. I liked beds and shower. The room was clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. Location was fine for us, but it takes some time to get to the city centre.

Our window was looking at the road with pretty big traffic. So, we couldn't keep the window open for the whole night because of the noise. But it can be not a problem for other people. Also, there are rooms with windows looking at another side.

Convenient hotel, two S-bahn stops from the main drag in Hamburg. The owners are very nice, and the room is comfortable with everything you need. First, we had a hard time finding it, because g o ogle misguided us, but actually from the Hauptbahnhof, you can take s-bahn nr 2, and from the stop Rothenburgort, it's a 7-minute walk to the hotel.

It is on the corner of two main roads, where the traffic can get overwhelming. However, for the night, it calmed for the night, and it didn't bother our sleep.

Nice hotel, interior felt very luxurious. Room is big and has a nice seating area. Beds are comfortable and big. Location is near bus stop. Would have rated it a 10 of it weren't for the wifi and smoke smell.

- wifi did not work, as it is impossible to get an IP address. Probably because the wifi is open and the whole neighborhood is leeching from it? Would be better to make it password protected. - everywhere do not smoke signs, however the smoking is done in front of the back door, so the hallways stink badly afterwards. Probably also the inlet location of the ventilation, as it goes through the whole building

The bathroom was extremely nice. It was big and new and the mirrors with the built in clock and the lightening were super awesome. The room.was clean, the check in was super fast and easy. After checking out the place have stored my luggage for almost 12 hours.

If there was a kettle and the fridge in the room it would have been awesome. The room I was checked in was quite small and it felt like the size of the room and the bathroom were the same. It wasn't an issue, but just an unusual room :)

Very comfortable overall.

One thing I didn't like is that I asked by e-mail whether a slightly earlier check-in is possible and the hotel was like "sure, if the room is available, no problem". Then, when I arrived less than one hour before check-in time, the hotel wanted to charge me with an early check-in fee that they haven't mentioned. After a short discussion, I managed to avoid extra costs but it did leave an unpleasant first impression.

The guy at the front desk was not very helpful. I have only asked him a simple question: Internet password? But he asked me to wait for the answer until having dealt with another customer with which he had not even started to deal with. The same number of words uttered during the same amount of time would have been enough to answer my question. Not professional at all.

Easy access from main train station with quick access to bus network. Rooms were clean, decoration seemed quite new. Very welcoming night clerk. Nice selection for breakfast.

Rooms were too cold and we could not find where to change the temperature. The lady at breakfast was not particularly pleasant or welcoming, we got the feeling we were disturbing her.

Comfortable room, quiet, car parking available at no cost, access to main roads.

No jug or coffee making facilities, no refrigerator, flaky WiFi, couldn't operate TV,. Too far to walk to city and no public transport options.

There was very little wrong with this hotel, big spacious room with plenty of light, clean room, friendly staff, nice shower. Considering we were on a budget, this hotel exceeded our expectations.

If I had to complain, it would be the location was a little far away from the main city centre, but there are plenty of busses and a train to get you there easily. the hotel is also next to a main road, but thankfully, it wasn't too noisy.
