Cleanness, being quite and calm.

Regarding the location, by bus number 3 you can reach the hotel, however during my stay, I had to wait a lot from hauptbahnhof to hotel. (It was due to reconstruction in city center) but if you are traveling for work or in a strict timetable it could be annoying.

We were in Hamburg to play in a concert and in the end arrived much later than expected but they made a late check-in so easy and stress-free (not like in other places!) and no extra charges at all! Thank you so much! The next morning we had missed breakfast but they let us get a takeaway coffee and have it in the dining room as my friend needed to do some work on his computer. They are just a lovely team of people! Thank you so much! And for me it was. DREAM come TRUE to have a bath in the room!

It was great... t's out of the centre of Hamburg but I knew that already! There is nothing not to like about this place, they were helpful and kind and if you don't want to be right in the centre then this is ideal.... we walked into the centre the next day...and it's 40 mins.... and in a taxi obviously much less!

The rooms are clean and look like the pictures. There were clean towels, toiletries and complimentary water. There was nobody there after 8pm but the self service check-in was very easy :)

They never responded to any messages sent to them. Shortly after booking I emailed to ask if we could extend our stay by one day. Nobody ever got back to me and we ended up going somewhere else the second night. Also there isn’t any air conditioning in the room and they didn’t even provide a fan. In the middle of a very hot summer in Europe in a tiny room, the heat was excruciating! We had to open the windows and door just to get some air and the next morning while packing up I had to walk out of the room multiple times as I couldn’t handle the heat. Just a tiny little fan in the room would have been really appreciated 🙏🏽

Good value for money, the hotel was clean and with most basic facilities. You can have a decent breakfast for a price of 10 euros. The proximity to city centre is quite good, there is a bus stop 200 m from the hotel, where you get bus number 3, every 5-10 min directly to hauptbahnof. Also frequency was good even at night time. Friendly staff.

Everything was good, good value for money, 15 minutes in Bus from city centre and bus frequency was good. Room was clean, breakfast costed 10euro at the property but we didn't opt for breakfast. They had late check-in option, we arrived around 11pm at night and we had a comfortable check-in experience.

I was annoyed that I had to pay €10 to store my bikes and then a couple that came in after us were allowed to leave them in the foyer for free

The room was spacious and everything was organised clean. Unfortunately there wasn’t breakfast available in the hotel due to covid but there is a nice restaurant close. The hotel is 15 min by bus from the central station and the city center. It was a good price/ location ratio and the staff was nice.

Location, decent place

For 150 quid a night I'd expect better, but everyone in Hamburg was price scalping this weekend - market forces dictated the price but I think normally this place is about 1/3 of that price

The hotel is very good in a quiet neighborhood, have all the aminities. Currently they are not offering breakfast due to COVID19 pandemic.

the wifi in the third floor is not good.

The hotel accommodated for earlier checkin which was good. Rooms were clean and tidy

To reach from central station was difficult because bus stop was never found (route no 3) Night travel to hotel was also difficult (no busses at night)
