The room was clean and reasonably well-equipped, with reliable WiFi. The location is great for public transport, with buses running from right outside and a 5min walk to the S-Bahn, as well as a Lidl over the road. Check-in was easy, albeit there were only rarely any staff on reception.

There was a lot of road noise (though this doesn't bother me as much as a heavy sleeper). The quantities of toiletries provided were not large for the duration of my stay. It was also a bit disappointing to see a fridge provided in the room but for this to turn out not to work.

We are in general very satisfied with our stay, the check-in was easy and the staff at the reception very friendly. The hotel provides rooms with fresh towels, soap, hairdryer. In our room there was also TV and a fridge. Beds were quite comfortable. The location was great, 10 min walk to the Mungersdorf Technologiepark Stadt-Bahn station and then 8 min ride to Koln HauptBahnhof (Central Station)! Lidl was on the other side of the street. During carnival there are usually only expensive or far away accommodations available, so stay here was budget-friendly and convenient.

The room did not smell amazing, a bit chemically and stuffy. The noises from the street were sometimes loud, but during winter it is not so much of a problem, but I can imagine that during summer it might be annoying, if you want to have an open window. In general, the room was clean, but bedside tables had crumbs inside and there was mould in the bathroom.

good value for money, receptionist very very nice girl. room big and confortable, nice to have kitchenette and fridge. bathroom with shower and all very clean. 5 minutes walk to the train station with trains to central cologne every 10/15 minutes and only 7 minutes journey. lild supermarket on other side of the road and plenty of places to eat within 500 metres. if i back to cologne will choose this hotel again without a doubt

nothing to write bad about the hotel, the only thing is a main road there, but for less than a euro you can buy earplugs and problem solved

The reception in charge was very nice, polite & helpful. She trys her best to satisfy our needs. At a walking distance from supermarkets. Local train was at a walking distance.

There was no shopping centers nearby. There is no lobby or public seating area.

Location was ideal for travelling into the city centre. Rooms were ideal for what we needed. Our double room had a kitchenette which was useful as well.

Nothing bad overall. Could have been slightly cleaner, but certainly not dirty.

what i like the most was the mini kitchen, where i could cook some meals in the room. there is a supermarket right in front the hotel and easy access to public transportation

the internet doesn’t work very well, you have to keep searching for the signal

The location is good.Near to train station.Easy to transport to Koln central station. Lidl is next to the hotel,very convenience to buy daily necessarilies.

There was two nights no warm water supply.But finally.the hotel solve this problem.

big room, kitechenette made it easy to prepare/store food those days when you bought food from Lidl, which is exactly infront of the Hotel. Don't worry that the hotel seems "far" outside Köln innercity, there are a bunch of e-scooters available everywhere and it takes 20 minutes to ride to inner city (daily pass with tier/voi/dott/costs ~7 eur for unlimited rides). You will save a fortun buying ready meals from Lidl and buying daily rides with e-scooter to do all the sightseeing you wish.

They cleaned the room only one once during my stay ( 5 days) and that was after 2 days when I visited the reception and literally asked for shampoo refills + emptying garbage can and so on. I don't know if they forgot or simply don't unless you ask.

Spacious rooms, plenty of public transport nearby that will bring you to Ehrenfeld or city center quickly, Lidl opposite of the street

we were lucky to have a kitchenette, but we only knew to have one when we arrived. Not all rooms have a kitchenette

Just outside Cologne near a train station it was a good location, right opposite a Lidl for supplies and staff where really nice.

No kettle for a cup of tea, but no great heartache
