The most helpful and friendly staff. Tolga is a lovely young man and so helpful. The location was great, next to the main transport systems. A lovely neighbourhood with everything you might need on your doorstep. The native Germans are not so friendly but the people who have migrated here make it a welcoming place.

The beds were a little uncomfortable which meant we didn't get the best sleep.

It was a cosy hotel. The location is nice, right next to a tram stop. The room was clean and came with all you need. The bed was comfy too. My single standard room faced the court with other buildings so it was quite quiet. The reception was open 24h and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower clogged a bit. And I could hear people slamming the doors of their rooms or the hallway. The airco was a bit old so probably not the most effective/energy-efficient.

It was really easy to get to and also easy to get everywhere, the breakfast had a good selection of typical German breakfast items (bread, jam, cheese, tea, coffee, ...), the internet was fast enough and i had no connection problems

The AC didn't work, sleeping with an open window is not really possible because it is pretty loud outside, the beds were a bit too soft for my taste and all the towels got replaced every day even though they had a sign that said "if you want your towel replaced put them on the ground"

The room was cozy, quiet, and clean, and the staff were cooperative and friendly too. The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station. Additionally, there are subway and Doner restaurants nearby.

The WiFi signals were low in the room, so I had to move around to get a connection. I could have requested them to fix it, but i didn't as my stay was short.

1. Seems like it is allowed to smoke, therefore you can feel the smell. 2. Could be quite noisy due to traffic, but closed windows mitigate it.

The hotel is perfectly located - one stop by train from the main railway station. I was attending an event in Lanxess Arena and it turned out it was practically just across the street. The room was not very big, but big enough for one person and quiet. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is only one station away from the Cologne central station, so very near to the city center and there were multiple S-Bahn that we could get on so we didn't have to wait too long if we missed one train. The room was cozy. It was equipped with all we needed for one night. The beds, bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and the reception is open 24 hours!

Our room was on the roadside, so we could hear the cars, loud people, Straßenbahn the whole time even with the windows closed. We were glad we were exhausted that we didn't have much problem falling asleep despite the noise though! And the corridor was a bit noisy in the morning because of the people who wanted to have breakfast.

Great location, WiFi was strong. Close to train station and tram.

No fridge in the room. Had to split up our family of 4 into 2 rooms, but I think that seems the norm for Europe.

The staff was the best part about this hotel. They were very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator broke for a couple hours, but they got it fixed very fast. I called reception to let them know I would be down to pick up coffee and ice. When I went to the elevator, and saw it was out of order I turned around and the girl at the front office had it carried it up five flights of stairs for me!Everything in the room was perfectly clean and in perfect shape.

The amenities in the room we’re very basic. One pillow, no refrigerator. I would not describe it as charming, but you could see effort was put in to make it look nice. And while there was no plug next to the bed for charging ones phone overnight, the staff was so sweet, they brought me an extension cord.

Excellent location for the train, the exhibition building, several nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Kind and helpful staff. Nice sitting area in the backyard.
