great location clean close to supermarket easy checkin/out all accessories available in kitchen

no door for bathroom and wc!

Very clean and modern. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Didn’t use the hob or microwave but we were very glad to have them - just in case. Great location. We walked into Munich to get our steps up - about 25 minutes strolling pace, in a more or less straight line from hotel. There was a Supermarket under the apartments- very handy.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. It met all our needs. The only thing we didn’t give ‘full marks’ to was the staff - BUT only because we didn’t see any. It was really easy to get the keycard when we arrived so there was no need for staff. All instructions were excellent.

Excellent room, it was very clean. About location: very close to U-bahn, to Oktoberfest place, on the ground floor it is a Penny, and very close a REWE. There are places to eat on the adjacent streets, if you don't go to the center. Anyway, the place is accessible from all point of view.

I was satisfied, I have no suggestions for improvement. Maybe the bells from the church next door, in the morning, but if you close the windows you don't hear them anymore.

These Apartment's are in a lovely area with plenty of coffee shops , Grocery stores and restaurant choices,it is a 20min walk to the start of the pedestrianised area for the start of the main shopping area...only a 5 min walk ( or less )if you need to use the Uban.. The Apartment itself is very well thought out to maximise the space, Very clean, warm and comfortable..we stayed in "Maria" and found it perfect for the two of us for a 4 night stay,we had to contact the support team due too a small accident we had..this was dealt with very efficiently, the building is immaculate and very quiet, no issue with noise from traffic, directly below is a small supermarket with everything we needed for our stay..We didnt cook, just morning coffee and toast, Shower is wet room style and was, as expected GREAT.. Wouldn't hesitate too stay here again

There were 2 thin pillows only on our bed...2 more would have been ideal.. There were 2 rugs also either side of the bed, which slipped underfoot on the wooden floor the "Floor Grips" in place have lost their hold.. These are very minor issues ( I slid the rugs under the bed ) I'm very sure, if I had asked, this would have been addressed

The studio apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-laid out. We didn't cook a lot so the half-size refrigerator was fine for us. The studio met our needs for our one-week stay. The location is excellent, especially if you're coming for Octoberfest. OneBavarian Homes is a two minutes walk from Poccistrasse U-Bahn station (U3 & U6) and two blocks from Goetheplatz U-Bahn. There are several small grocery markets (including one below OneBavarian Homes), bakeries, and some eateries. There's no staff on-site but they promptly replied to my questions via Booking.com. I would stay there again.

The bathroom is tight but adequate. The shower stall's door is 1/3 exposed so water can splash out. It helps to point the shower head towards the corner of the shower stall.

Easy and convenient check-in using a code. It felt more like having our own small apartment than staying at a hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nicely furnished. A nice space for sleeping, but also for having breakfast or a cozy take away dinner.

We have no major complaints and would recommend this place. If anything, the ventilation was not very good and the room has to be aired out by opening the windows. However, we stayed in Germany for some time and this was a common occurrence in many apartments.

Very clean. Maps provided in every language. Nice decor. King size bed with comfortable linens & pillows. Fan. Great shower. Hotplate, microwave, fridge, wine glasses, utensils to cook with. Vending machine with drinks at entry. 2 blocks from Oktoberfest.

Assumed we had sofa in room according to the booking we chose. Picture provided for our choice showed that. Only one washcloth provided for two people. There was not a “welcome packet” or folder as stated in emails. Would still book again ~ comfortable stay; just expected more space from pic shown. for our selected room.

Location is walking distance to bus stop (Above Penny Supermarket) & Easy to find. Only 2 stops by bus X6 from Munich HB. Bed is comfortable and there is kitchen in it.

On check-in, you MUST come exactly after 14.30 so U can get the key; otherwise you need to hang around. There is no place you can leave luggage like hotels / hostel and go travelling in city. We book connection room (2 rooms), and one room has no door at shower area which if you come with friends, you need to manage it.

I really wish i could have this type of accommodation on every trip i go! Exceptional room, very clean, really nice location in good neihborhood, close to metro stations, good cafes and bonus, a super market on the ground floor of the same building! The room was fully equiped with everything it could fit, beautifully designed, the stuff was quickly responding to messages and the automated self check in system is more than clever. Value for money is over the top. Thank you for everything! Highly recommended!

Not so important to spoil the fun, but it felt a bit "non professional" to raise the price of the (already reserved for the facility) parking space, just because i reserved it the day i needed it and not 2-3 days ago (that was offered to me at a lower price).

Excellent location close to Ubahn station Poccistrasse and convenient for city centre and the Theresienwiesn. Very comfortable, modernised, clean and well equipped accommodation. Small supermarket just downstairs.

We stayed in the “Resi” apartment which is two apartments connected. The Franz apartment has no door separating the bedroom or bathroom from the living area. The lack of bathroom door made privacy an issue. One more dining needed for four people. Otherwise, great accommodation.
