Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The location was awesome and all the facilities within the apartment were good. Good wi-fi connection and it is a good convenience to have a supermarket located in the same building. Near the city center and around all public transportation options.

The bathroom was not cleaned well and the sofa which turns into a bed should be replaced with another one with less noisy mechanism as you can't really sleep on it - every move you make causes different sounds all the time and is not very comfortable for an adult.

Sofa bed is really small and should not be advertised that is for an adult. It could be for a short-size adult, but for a normal grown-up adult, the sofa bed is too small! Also, very loud and drunk probably guests in apartment Rosa one of the nights and were knocking on all doors after midnight and screaming.

Excellent location, only a few steps away from Poccistrasse metro station. Very clean, silent and nice apartment. All perfect for a short-stay journey in Munchen. Also some cakes for a basic breakfast were provided along with coffee capsules. Minimarket at the corner of the building to buy food and many more things.

Not very well furnished with cutlery, pans and sets of glasses. Toilet paper, clothes for wiping and paper napkins missing. I'd suggest complementing the guests with this basic stuff to start the stay with less hassle.

Easy access to city highlights. Loved the elevator for heavy luggage. Loved the coffee pods that were enough for 2 days. I loved the diffuser that was included with a full size hairdryer. A couple of grocery stores were just around the corner. Parking for a cost was available also and greatly appreciated.

I was under the impression that the Sophia bedroom was separate and there was a twin bed. Turns out it was a foldaway twin bed placed right in the middle of the room. After moving the bed for a little more privacy for our 24 year old daughter, it was OK. She said the bed was quite comfortable! Poor lighting in bathroom for any facial care.

The location, especially for Oktoberfest, is excellent. Very close to the metro so getting to the city centre is quite easy and it is also walkable. Local area has very good food and shopping options and seemed to be very safe. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the shower had good water pressure and hot water. It was very quiet as well.

Not a lot of alternate seating in the room other than the dining room table. No fresh towels even though we stayed for 5 nights. The room key is very small and easy to misplace. The kitchenette was very crowded with a large pillar to work around so cooking would have been difficult.

The property is on the outskirts of the centre of Munich but is well located to a nearby underground station. The studio interior is modern and bright. There were nice additional touches in the room such as a speaker, fridge, hairdryer and overall the room was spacious. The check in/out process was very easy.

The bathroom was small and needed some updates. The rainfall shower was broken and this meant that water was spilling out of the top, therefore affecting the water pressure. On arrival we were told the name of the room but not the floor so we had to try a couple different floors in the lift before we found it.

Great communication through the app with all the information needed to access the apartment...2nd visit staying there....Excellent apartments with all you need..spacious, very clean and comfy bed and great shower.too..very quiet and in a lovely area.underground round the corner which was super fast and organised.. Coffee shops and cafes on your doorstep, would highly recommend and the prices are what you would expect to pay for great accommodation in a large city..pretty good We stayed in the Rosa Apartment and look forward too staying again

Nothing at all... In the height of summer some might find the rooms hot as there is no air con...but a fan is supplied...small price to pay

This apartment is above a convenience store, which is very handy. It is also close to the rail system which is an added bonus. We had 4 adults in the apartment (adult children and parents staying). The apartment is in a great spot, but a very tight space when you are all there. Nice to also have toilet paper and coffee pods to get you started for your stay.

Only one plastic bin liner was in the bin for our stay of 5 days. This was a bit tricky when we took the bin out. This isn’t anything major. It would just be good to have a few for longer stays.

Location was very good. Near the Ubahn and very close to the supermarket. The room was nice and clean (Leopold), the bed comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies needed. We even got a free cleaning during our stay. Münich is an amazing city and the transport options are great, like renting bikes or steps. 10/10 recommend renting an electric step, they are so much fun! The sunny picture is the view from our room (at the end of the street you’ll find the biggest oktoberfestplatze), which will obviously be a perfect spot in that time of year.

The couch wasn’t very comfortable to chill on. The windows got condensed very easily, which made the room air smell a bit weird. But definitely nothing major to be worried about during your stay.

- Location is amazing, really close to the metro station that is only 3 stops away from the city center. Close to October fest area, plus there are many places to get food and coffee around. Also, there a super market in the same building. - Room is very spacious and equipped with anything you may need. Bed is also very comfortable. - We met the host in the elevator, he's really nice and polite. Didn't meet any other people as it's a self service hotel, you get your key from the front door when you arrive, and that's it.

- Though the room was clean, it could be cleaner, we found hair from the previous tenants in the bathroom.
