Situated in a lovely area, next to the park where the Oktoberfest takes place, the Boutique Hotel offers an amazing service: the staff is amazingly friendly and ready to provide all the information/support you need or to just chat at the front desk, the breakstaf offers a lot of salty and sweet foods from eggs to sausages to croissants and also local dishes. What amazed me is the effort the hotel takes in being ecosustainable: forget any kind of plastic there! Just a small example: the water is filtered throughout the Hotel so that you don't need to buy plastic bottles (you will find a glass jug in your room). The Hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever seen from the lobby, to the breakfast area to the rooms. It is situated in a lovely area where you can find bars and also very close to the Augustiner Braeu.

The only flaw is that the rooms are not equipped with airconditioning (which is of course clear by reading the facilities in the description) but the rooms have ceiling fans so overall you can sleep like a baby!

The hotel is just around the corner of the Theresienwiese - which is great if you want to book it for the Oktoberfest, but it’s also just a few minutes away from the subway. Our room had a quite big bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast buffet was really good. Due to the great weather we had, we were able to eat on the patio. The employees were very friendly. We traveled by car, there was a public garage just on the other side of the street, because we stayed in the hotel we got a discount.

Our room was right next to the elevator, which was a bit old and due to his age a bit noisy. It was also really slow.

Serene winter rest spot during January with light snow resting in the garden and coziness throughout the hotel. I adore this place. They pack so many features into a boutique experience with a delicious and generous buffet breakfast, intimate bar for early or late night cocktails, and quick proximity to so much of Munich, yet also set in its own neighborhood full of personality. The staff exceed on all dimensions: professional, courteous, fun, responsive, smart, and cheery. I'll return to this hotel for certain on my next visit to Munich. It is my go-to!

This hotel is a bit outside the city centre. From the train station, about three tram stops and then about 500m. The neighbourhood is nothing special, but there are some nice restaurants and bars. Still, in my opinion, this hotel is exceptionally good because of the quality of the rooms, the friendly welcome, the good breakfast and the nice common areas. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

I don't really have any negative points. Perhaps I can point out that there is no air-conditioning in the rooms, but there is a fan which works fine.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location. Close to the railway station (I walked with luggage) and there is a very handy shopping mall just around the corner. Breakfast is exceptional, in both choices and quality, and you can eat it in the lovely garden. I had single occupancy of a double room with an open bathroom (but the toilet had a door), which I loved, especially the huge bath tub. However, this may not be suited to everyone. The toiletries were also lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. It also had Netflix.

Lovely thick towels, but no towel rack in the bathroom. My main complaints is with the pillows, one was tiny and the other was way too soft, neither provided any support.

Staff were accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good. I liked the garden in the back where you can have breakfast or just chill. Lots of shops and supermarkets close by. Good proximity to metro stations.

It was very hot even with the windows opened but I think it's all across Europe and it's summer time. We were aware that the property didn't had AC but the ceiling fan just wasn't helping. Though they were kind enough to lend us an extra stand fan when we asked for it.

The welcome at a very modern inviting reception area was great, staff were very organised , two Keys and quick process to check in. Rooms were fantastic , very modern with everything you could need , little bar fridge , good place to store suitcases and very comfortable bed. Room had a balcony and very good light . Buffet style breakfast in a fantastic dining area. Coffee was great, champagne , fruit juices all on offer. Fruit yoghurt cereals , Variety of cheeses , breads and lots of other additions including sausages, crispy bacon , fried / scrambled egg. Everything was very fresh and quickly replaced when finished. Staff were knowledgable about places to visit and open about options to get around. Shops across the road and not to bad walk to station. A very enjoyable , relaxing experience.

Simply everything. First is the staff - they all are highly professional and so warm welcome people. Especially I need to tell about Elen - she was super helpful during all my stay there and even with advises re city and the places to visit. Next is the cleanliness, I'm satisfied. Usually it's very sensitive for me. Also I need to emphasize a sound isolation - it's perfectly silent in room. And of course location is very good, but you already checked the map, so no need additional words. :)

I don't know, it's really hard to ask improve something in this place. Maybe I can only ask - please do not increase the price, cause I plan to visit this place again :)

Amazing hotel and staff. We've stayed in many different hotels in Munich and this is by far our favorite. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfy. The breakfast was delicious, including fresh Brezel and Weißwurst. The neighborhood is quiet residential, but very close walking distance to playgrounds, the Theresienwiese, and an Augustiner Biergarten. Will be coming back on our next stay!

Breakfast, room, decent location, design, staff - all perfect! They let me in for an extra charge because I arrived quite early in the morning. The room was also super clean, with a nice balcony. The bar was also great with a variety of drinks. Amazing staff, very welcoming, super super nice. Everything was 99% perfect!

As I checked in earlier than I told them, they let me into a room with an extra charge. However, the first room I got in was not the same level as my reservation. I wish they had told me about that before they got me a room. Nevertheless, when I asked the reception, they changed the room for me and I only had to wait for less than 15 minutes.
