Front desk staff was exceptional, especially a young woman (Dariia, I think) who was so kind, helpful, and efficient. She was very patient, helping us to find the best room (we had booked at the lowest price point, and, while the room was fine, the interior view on a low floor, combined with the smallest room category, would not have worked for our 4-night stay). Dariia patiently showed us a variety of rooms in our category and others, and she geniunely wanted us to enjoy our stay. She and all the front desk staff were superb. The location is fantastic- You are likely to gain weight staying here, because the best wurst stand is right across the street, Teltschik Wurststandl.

Very minor, and only probably noticeable during the hottest weeks, but the air conditioning is not robust. During our stay, the housekeeping team seemed to be figuring out some organizational things. But everyone was eager to assist, and nothing disrupted our stay or our enjoyment of the hotel and the city.

closed to all shopping and attractions. very convenient. loved it. location was great, breakfast was good good. room size ok. the view was great overlooking the market.

the room was not very clean, saw spider net at the ceiling. we had a big corner room overlooking the market but my teenagers room, which is next door got so many mirrors that they said was hard to sleep. my husband asked for an omelette to the waiter at morning breakfast as he was cleaning the tables and taking away other people s dishes, and he said my husband got the wrong person to ask and was really rude. but later we found out the same person was actually doing the omelete at the egg station and asked how my husband wanted his egg, the attitude was still rude.

We had a great room on the top floor with views of the market. Lots of space with two beds and a cot.

One staff member ~ beware of the woman with brown curly hair and glasses. She was incredibly rude and purposefully unhelpful. So much so that my husband refused to deal with her when we were checking out and made me do it. Everyone else was lovely.

Loved staying here, the rooms were very comfortable and modern and it was right in the center of the city but so quiet due to facing the inner courtyard. All the contents of the minibar were included, such a nice bonus! Really perfect place to stay due to being right in Viktualienmarkt— if you like food markets with endless gourmet options, this is the place.

There is ideal location. Good soundproof. It’s very clean and quiet indoor of the hotel.

The breakfast only by cart and only sets. We couldn’t choose what we wanted exactly. No bathrobes in the rooms. Poor choice of bathroom set, shower gel and shampoo only. There is not cotton discs, body lotion. We had to buy big bottles of it in pharmacy.

This property was in the best location! right in the middle of Viktualienmarkt. About a 5min walk to the Marienplatz train station. Plenty of shopping and food close by! We had a wonderful view of the Market from our room!

The room did have AC but did not cool the room off enough. One night we did open the window to see if it would help and it did but just a little. we asked the front desk for a portable fan and they were so nice and provided us with one. The remainder of our nights felt way better while sleeping.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and at home. They are helpful, friendly and well-informed regarding the best places to eat and see. A special thanks to Antonio for his cheery manner and assistance! The location is perfect for easy access to many of Munich's finest attractions, cafes and restaurants, as well as being close to major public transport options. You'd be hard pressed to find a better base to explore from.

Breakfasts are expensive, however we found numerous alternatives within the immediate vicinity. This was our only issue.

The location was stunning and perfect. The room was extremely clean, nice, and modern. The lights are controlled by a series of touch screens all over the room. We loved how close Marienplatz square was, and the Viktualienmarkt downstairs was a gem. Hotel front desk all spoke English and were perfectly friendly and helpful. They helped us find a COVID-19 testing center to return to the U.S., too. The rooms offer complimentary bottled water and beer every day, and they also clean your room every morning. They're extremely quick and efficient with the cleaning, and our room was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The beds were a little hard, and even though it was a queen-sized bed, the covers were two separate, small covers for me and my partner. It was weird and awkward, and we ended up sharing the covers horizontally to cover both our torsos and feet. The breakfast downstairs is also not complimentary and a little pricey for what it's not, but we mostly didn't eat breakfast there anyway. Finally, the hot water didn't work in our room the first night and it was very alarming at first. However, the hotel staff was extremely apologetic and got a maintenance person to come up and fix it right away. They also offered us a free breakfast as an apology, which was very nice of them.

Great location in the center of the city and good noise isolation. The room is clean and well designed with good ambient light and ventilation. The mini bar was free of cost. At the reception, Antony was a great person.

in the bed side, the room was a bit narrow in which you have a very narrow path between the bed and the walls from both sides.

Lots of options, and everything reaaaaally of good quality. 3. Staff really helpful and nice! 4. Comfortable room, with a big bed, very silent and everything is brand new

It's somewhat expensive, but Munich is an expensive city, and this place is EXCELENT.
