I arrived in Munchen 3 hours before check-in. After calling them, they told me I could reach the hotel right away. The staff is delightful, very helpful and patient (on Sundays, the german supermarkets are closed and the staff recommended me some places nearby where I could buy some food). The room was clean and tidy, with a fridge, a tv and a wardrobe. In the room I booked, there was the bathroom, too. And the price was unbeatable! I will be back! Curiosity: when I got to the floors of the rooms, it felt like I was in the corridor of a little theater :)

We were lucky to have a room with a balcony on the fifth floor so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. The hotel was also really comfortable, in a great location and had all that we needed. Really good for the price. Would recommend!

The only thing was that they took our towels on our second day and we couldn’t get new ones before 10 pm. But i’m positive that you could ask them to not change your towels if not needed. Also the carpet covering the floor was not the cleanest.

The room was very clean, comfortable, the bed and its pillows are much better than in many hotels I have visited. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the central station and very close to the city center. A few meters from the hotel there is a direct connection to public transportation, and you can get directly to the Messe Munich in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended

The only thing that may not be very comfortable is that inside the bathroom, the shower does not have a divider, so when you take a shower you have to take into account that you will wet the entire bathroom floor. I should also clarify that the floor dries pretty quickly. But the truth is that this room had so many other positive things, that this is something you can survive with.

The room is not very spacious but is great value for money. The heating in the room works very fine and the hotel lift is also in good condition (E is for ground floor). Hotel Montree is close to Lidl for budget shopping. It is also 2 minutes away from a tram stop. There is a pizza shop very close to the hotel, as well as a Greek restaurant by the corner of the road. Similarly, there is a pastry shop about 2 minutes away. The bathroom is neat and regularly cleaned. The fridge also cools very well. The TV has over 100 channels, including some English-speaking channels. The reception staff are nice and can speak English. Some restaurants around the hotel (and in Munich as a whole) do not accept international cards like VISA and MasterCard. Luckily, there is an ATM just in front of the hotel which accepts international cards for withdrawals. Always arrive at least 2 minutes earlier than the advertised tram time (or you may miss it!).

Breakfast was not served. Food was generally not available for purchase. Many nearby shops close at 8pm.

This was actually rather better than I had expected for that price. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's central, well-connected, close to both public transport and the central railway station, and has a certain charm. Excellent value for a fairly central Munich hotel.

Clean room, excellent wifi, good location, very kind reception staff.

The guest in the neighbour room was too loud. He put very loud TV after 11 p.m. It is known that in every house (other people's or your own) there are "quiet times" after 11 pm. Obviously some don't know, but that only speaks of their upbringing, not the facility itself.

The attitude and generosity of the personal was very welcoming! Very kind people :-) Very nice chatting and almost family atmosphere!! ^_^

The showers didn't have stoppers on the floor, so the water kept spilling out. It was always wet and uncomfortable to walk onto. It was very inconvenient.

This is an excellent hotel with a good location and very helpful staff. The cafes of Maxvorstadt and the Old Pinakotek are 10 minutes away.

If you are sensitive to street noise, ask for a room facing the inner courtyard or bring a set of earplugs :-)

Ensuite. 15min walk from Hackerbrücke. Walk in shower and bed with TV. Standard. Multi lingual and Friendly personnel

No breakfast and no tea jn room

Squeaky-clean place, friendly staff and great location.

The bathroom/shower could be modernized, especially the shower curtain.
