Excellent location - right near the central station. Very good, fresh and tasty breakfast for just 9 euro. Very nice and helpful staff. Free coffee and tea until 22:00. Good low price.

All of the problems of the hotel are connected to its physical facilities. There is no air condition. We were there in a sunny May and it was a problem. The shower and toilet are not ventilated and are not very convenient.

Excellent location, close to the main station and to public transport, but also in walking distance from the city centre. It was the second time that we staid at this hotel and it has improved. The forniture in the room was new, the coloured walls make it nicer. Breakfast is good, for the price (Munich can be very expensive on this aspect). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. An affordable, nice place to stay in one of the most expensive cities in Germany.

The location is really convenient if you are traveling in and out of the city by train at odd hours. We arrived past the reception hours and we had no issues picking up our room key from their partner hotel nearby, as per instructions. The hallway carpet smells a bit like cigarettes but the room itself was nice and clean.

The only suggestion I would make is adding a 'Do Not Disturb sign' to the rooms. Given there wasn't any, I assumed there wouldn't be any housekeeping but learned later staff did come in to clean. I personally prefer no housekeeping in such a short stay so I would have definitely used the DND sign. To be clear, we had no issues with the housekeeping whatsoever, this is just a personal preference and a suggestion to be added.

Location is excellent for Munich Central station. Quiet location. I didn't use the breakfast room. No air con (fine) but window opened and a big fan was in the room. I was alone, but only one chair, a desk chair, and a low bed did not give comfy sitting. Appreciated the desk. Free, easy to use, safe. Wardrobe adequate with shelves and a few hangers. Pleasant, helpful staff. Room serviced each day and clean towels provided. Given two keys on arrival, one for room and one for outside door. Instructed to keep and not leave at Reception. Soap dispensers in bathroom. In the unlikely event I visit Munich again I'd be willing to stay there again.

Comfy and warm hotel very near the main Hbf train station. Secure at night and with friendly staff, a lift and a good breakfast area with free coffee, it was a pleasant last-minute stay for the weekend. The main train station area is always busy, of course, but there are various hotels, bars and restaurants in the area and the hotel is a short walk from Karlsplatz and the rest of the beautiful Old Town.

Some of the décor could be updated and the windows could have had a bit better soundproofing.

I was really pleasantly surprised. It was excellent value for money. Team was very friendly and accommodating. Stayed in a few hotels and I found the bed more comfortable than most. Loved the coffee machine downstairs and the communal seating area had a lovely relaxed vibe. The fan in the room was appreciated as it was pretty warm. Thanks for making it a relaxing stay.

The location was close to Munich HBF like 5 minutes away with a tram & busses nearby to go around Munich Suitable for a short stay and affordable. Nice staff and we were allowed to check in early since the room was ready and without extra charges. you can keep your luggage as well. best part you cant have free coffee or latte.

Confortable beds and shower. Right next to Munchen Hbf train station and pretty easy to get to the city centre. Also there are Lidl, Aldi, dm and Muller supermarkets pretty near.

It would be nice to have a gluten-free option for breakfast. It does not take much, just having some Schar products at hand would make a huge difference.

Great location 1 min away from the train station HBF and yet so quiet. The room design was extremely functional and the washrooms were modern and updated. The heating system was immaculate too. They also offered complimentary coffee one any time of the stay. The owner was very kind and friendly at the counter

The walkway to the rooms look a bit run down but the rooms themselves make up for this. Its a no frills Hotel.
