The room was well designed with a cool bed, large bathroom, great windows and more. It's close to an U-Bahn station... so, getting around is very easy. The hotel also has a couple of EV chargers which I was lucky enough to be able to access. While a bit slow, they worked well. Breakfast (ours was outdoors) was excellent.

About my only complaint would be that the room had virtually nowhere to put your luggage, etc. Ours ended up on the floor and the couch.

Comfortable room layout, spacious for Europe. Comfortable bed. Fabulous location, walk to English Garden, museum district, beautiful tree-lined streets, tons of shops & restaurants & transit.

No tea kettle, coffee maker, or mini fridge in room. Though hotel restaurant was very cute (and we didn't try any food) cappuccinos were served barely warm and didn't taste good, pastries they provided from the restaurant to guests were stale.

Cute and stylish rooms with enough space. We had a room with windows into the patio and it was very silent. It was a great and comfortable place to recharge after exploring the city. Great location with metro within walking distance. City can also be reached via a little longer walk. Cute cafes in the neighborhood.

The floor was a little dusty, but nothing too major/concerning. One towel had a stain, but it was changed after we let the staff know.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Munich with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The U-baun and connections to the S-baun are also a short walk down the road. Our room itself was quite lovely with a very comfortable bed, couch (with storage underneath), and table for two. My wife and I felt that this hotel was a perfect location for being able to see Munich and the surrounding areas.

The room was a little small. It would have been nice to have access to space under the bed to lay our suitcases down and store them comfortably out of the way. As it was we had to just set them off to the side in the middle of the room which wasn't awful mind you just made things feel a little cramped.

The check in procedure was really smooth and easy. We wanted to check in early but as the room was not ready the staff offered to hold our luggage. The surprise was returning later and having the luggage already placed in our room. A small touch that was appreciated

The room did not have any kind of small fridge for water and the sheets were a toweling style which were very hot to sleep on in the summer months.

Very central in Schwabing close to many restaurants and cafés. Friendly personnel and extra bistro in same building for breakfast. Otherwise many other breakfast options along the road close by. Room was spacey and fresh with modern design furniture.

Not that easy to find entrance of parking house in same building but was resolved quickly with help of personnel in charge

Employees were very kind and helpful Bed was comfortable, lighting was nice, everything felt high quality Shower seals were perfect, bathroom was squeaky clean all around, no sign of wear on anything at all. Shower water was always hot instantly. Provided shampoo and soaps were decent. All towels were very high quality products. Toiler paper was very high quality comfortable one as well.

Quiet and comfortable with good minimalist vibe. street noise was none to minimal, could even barely hear World Cup honking on the Main Street! great location with walkable cafes/restaurants, small groceries. and easy subway access. clean and simple rooms, felt safe and comfortable. great shower and spacious bathrooms.

rooms are a bit small, so if traveling with lots of luggage standard room can feel a bit cramped

We stayed at HOtello for 3 nights during Oktoberfest. It was a great location, close to the train station and only a short train ride into the town centre as well as the festival. The hotel was very modern - the bed platform, lighting and finishes really made the hotel feel luxurious. Very fast wifi and lovely front desk staff - we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rooms were a little on the small side as we had lots of luggage but this was the only thing we could fault!

there is enough space in the room but only because the bed is next to the wall (not pretty convenient for at least one of two people) some noise from the bathroom fan that's impossible to shut down some extras like nespresso in room or bike rental would be appreciated
