It was very fun and family friendly, exactly what I was looking for. Staff was truly amazing. They accommodated all my breakfast needs (my kids are picky eaters!). I traveled alone with two children and felt very very safe in the hotel and the neighborhood. I loved the view, the reason I didn't rate it the highest was because I assume not everybody would like it. It's not a view of a park, for example but I loved seeing every day life on the street. It was a quiet street, the room had wonderful lighting and black out curtains, and my kids thought the room was super cool and fun! I would return to this hotel, for sure!

I truly liked everything, there was not a thing that I did not like.

Really fantastic location near the English Garden and Odeosplatz. Easy to walk and to get to public transport. Parking was simple and convenient. Staff was great and friendly. Short walk to tons of restaurants and the inner part of the city with main attractions.

We were totally fine with the tight quarters, but anyone staying here should be aware, the tradeoff of the great price, location and everything else can be a room that is a bit like a cruise ship (although they also offer larger versions). This is not an area for improvement, rather a reality of the concept, but better to know in advance.

The location is the top, where is the center of Munich resident area, and easy access to everywhere by walk or public transport. The room design was impressive to make mind to be calm and down under a modern and simple concept. The quality of breakfast consists of essential things with bio products.

The space from entrance to reception are occupied with an uncomfortable smell, which might be cigarette or not ventilated things. I would suggest that they put ventilation or decorate any flower or plants in the area to cover unknown smells or use automatic room spray by setting time alarm.

The cleanest hotel I have ever been to. We had the room on the first floor facing the street, but it was quiet to the highly insulating windows. Friendly staff. I wish we knew we could have recycled the bottles at the Penny store next door (this was our first time in Germany). For transportation, download FreeNow up. I just wish the ☕ wold have been free and the breakfast less expensive. We couldn't afford to eat at the hotel because it would have cost us almost 80 euros. There are options across the street though.

We loved that the team room had two full bathrooms! The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. The woman at the front desk was kind enough to let us leave our bags prior to check-in and then delivered them to our room. (We left her a big tip, but fear her coworker may have been confused and kept it instead.) It was a decent walk to the old town, but we enjoyed walking back through the English Garden as the first front desk attendant had suggested. The candies at the desk were a nice touch.

It would have been nice to offer less expensive breakfast options as well, but we just grabbed some at a bakery instead. The hot tub was luke warm (maybe it was supposed to be?), but my kids loved quietly hanging out in it anyways.

Great location and joyful staff willing to help. Modern minimal and efficient design of spaces and furniture. Feeling of new and clean. We highly recommend it, and will be back. Extremely clean public spaces. Friendly and homely feeling.

No small refrigerator in the room. The pillows were too soft, but that is highly personal taste. The light control switches were complicated and never achieved the correct combination of light sources in the room. Very rich and tasty breakfast buffet, but a little costly and the space tends to feel crowded when almost full.

We stayed in a team room. It worked out well for our family of five and we were glad to have just one room that fit all of us. The staff was phenomenal! They were warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants and other activities nearby. The location was great. Very near lots of restaurants, public transportation and an amazing park. We would stay here again.

The bathroom set up in the team room. We would have rather had one side with a toilet and one side for the shower.

The location is great. It’s considered to be one of the best places in Munich. The English garden nearby offers relaxed entertainment for kids and adults. All the restaurants and stores around are stunning. Our personal choice is Dean & David. There’s a vast number of healthy food options. The room is spacious for a family with 2 kids. And it’s very quiet inside, the soundproof isolation works well. We didn’t have a breakfast in the hotel, because there are several grocery stores within one minute walking from the place. The subway is just 10 minutes away from Schwabinger Wahrheit. And it’s really convenient to go with kids to the Zoo by metro, there’s a direct line without any connection. Overall, we choose this hotel for the second time. And we will for sure stay here again.

There’s no holder for the shower head on top of the wall, just on the chest level. The upper shower, that makes a “rainfall”, requires a shower cap, that I personally don’t like to use. And my hair is too long to let it get wet every time. My proposal is to make one more holder in the shower. It’s also not possible to control the strength of the water. There’s only one button to turn the shower on and a temperature regulator. But you get used to it.

The room was excellent and very functional. Perfect for me, my wife and our 2 boys. We loved the bar/reception area.. Great place to relax, work or have a drink. The Sauna and jacuzzi area were a great touch. All complementary and had everything you needed for an hour of relaxation. Staff were very helpful, and the location was great. Lots of great place to eat and the English garden less than 10mins walk away.

We enjoyed everything, the place was exceptional, but aware it might not suit everyone.

Great hotel in a perfect location, very clean and pleasent staff is very kind andhelpful. Room was easy to access and pretty spacious. Spa (textile ☹) is not very big but pleasent, jacuzzi was closed at November. Hotel location is in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to underground train and not far from MareinPlatz. Internet connection is fast and stable.

A kettle or coffee maker in the room could be very useful. The bleankets are too short for me and they don't have longer ones. Couldn't stay for late checkout even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked.
