Really nice modern hotel close to the city center, very well connected. Spacious and clean room with very comfortable beds. Hotel is placed in the backyard, so it's really quiet inside. Having the keycard on the phone is the best thing ever. Breakfast had everything there.

Shower window is too large for a three-person bedroom - maybe could be fixed by a clear matte foil or something. Bathroom was flooded quite easily as there is only a half wall instead of a door. Not a dislike, but as a note - no lift inside.

The host is very friendly. It was a pleasure to enjoy a little conversation. He was also very helpful with information about the surroundings and where one could find the best shops in the area. Breakfast was also quite nice.

During my stay there was some construction work going on just outside the entrance. Fortunately the workers were very friendly and it was no obstruction at all to pass through. It was so quite I didn't even notice them.

The location is really great, very convenient to access the city via public transport. Self-service check-in worked well. Comfortable bedroom and beds.

There was a tick layer of dust under the beds, we figured that out by one of our kids who entered underneath and came back very dirty.

I stay in Munich regularly, and although location wise it’s perfect for me, I do find it a bit pricey for what it is.

Room' condition and e-self service desk.

It offered me the 1st room right near the main entrance, so it was a bit noisy there. In addition it was a bit cold in at the evening. On TV only the German language channels, so for the expat guest it's not useful at first time. The light in the room is not enough.

Single bed room in a small hotel, very cosy and practical fo my purpose (some 50m from where I had to go). Breakfast ist well done, good choicve with fresh fruit. Easy check in, even an autoamtic checkin, if the reception is closed, parking places (only a few) in the court of the house.

Nothing that I dislike comes to my mind.

No staff and it was not properly informed about that. Bathroom was half visible which was not very much comfortable
