Location and staff, both are amazing. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of options and a very good quality. I'd like to stress on exception service from everyone on staff. We arrived without our luggage, it was delayed by almost two days. Not only the staff wend above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed right away, but they spent countless hours on our behalf following up with the company responsible for our luggage delivery. Thank you all for making our stay so confortable.

The location is good, not so far away from the city centre but quiet. It’s close to the parks where I like for morning runs. The breakfast is wonderful! People can sit in the garden and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine coming through the tree leaves. I must say I like the style of this hotel and the bikes!

Some ants are in my room which is on the ground floor and has a down to floor window facing the garden. Good view, but with some insects.

Our short stay was splendid as we found the place where the care, respect and high standards are there. One who values comfort, quite time, invisible and fantastic service, - would benefit from staying in this hotel. Even if you need to wake up early the breakfast and the service you get at breakfast would make your day! Highly recommended hotel!

Beautiful appointments and thoughtful design. Great staff in all departments. Super clean and updated; shower was awesome! Dining room was beautiful, had some privacy, eclectic menu with delicious choices. Location was perfect; close to the metro and also good for walking to the English Gardens and beyond.

Our AC didn't work well in either of the two rooms we stayed in (two occasions during one trip to Europe). The thermostat is very complicated and even the wonderful Bellman who came to help couldn't get the fan to work. So, he brought up a fan which helped. Also, the rooms are quite small, unless you opt for a suite.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Perfectly situated for the Theatre. Quiet. Lovely cocktails.

Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom Fan ran all night without the light on and electrics were a bit difficult

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfectly comfortable, with everything you would need. The hotel breakfast buffet was great, as was the restaurant itself, complete with a lovely outdoor space.

Absolutely lovely location and hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! You are 2 minutes away from a beautiful park where you can walk and the hotel will let you use the bikes for free so you can explore Munchen by bike! The Concierge and Front Desk staff are super helpful with recommendations and reservations. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a quiet location about 30 minutes walk from the centre (with a bus stop nearby if needed). Very attentive and friendly staff. Thank you Walter for parking my car every day. Breakfast great, rooms very comfortable and all in an attractive location. What more could you want.

Nothing. It is an excellent hotel

The location first: superb with lovely surroundings and a quiet place. The room: simple with a touch of elegance and a sense of "réserve". Never too much or stupidly showing off.

Breakfast could be improved.

Great location. Close to marketplatz but in a quieter, more residential area. Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that they had bicycles available for guests. We spent several hours one day bicyclling around the English Garden and it was definitely a highlight of our stay.
