It was very nice that they upgraded room. The room is really spacious and looks new. The location is near Munich Central Station, Marienplatz, and Bavaria Park. There are also great Greek and German Restaurants nearby. Air conditioner is a plus if it‘s 27 degree C° and above outside. No need to check out with front desk, which is very convenient if someone is in a hurry.
The street Landwehstraße is a bit rough as if it is not in the rich City - Munich. The door was slammed many times and it scared me. The don‘t have electric Kettle, no sugar and creamer for the free coffee and tea. The coffee machine is full of dust. It would also be nice if they have fridge. I really don‘t know if they change the beddings because I saw stain on my blanket. One day, our room were not cleaned and when I asked if someone could clean, the cleaner was talking (not sure if what she was saying was good or bad) in her language and she maked some noise like slamming stuff in the bathroom. Why was she so mad if the assigned cleaner that day forgot to clean our room. We did not have any do not disturb hanging on the door.

It was a nice accommodation. The room was clean (except a part of the bathroom), the bed was really big and comfortable and the room had all the things we needed. The bathroom had a clean shower, big mirror and a sink. It was in the center of Munich, close to a metro station (3 minutes of walk) and in a good walking distance from the main train/ bus station. The lobby was nice, hotel building had many floors with lift and the rooms were able to get unlocked with a code provided by the receptionist upon check in.
The bathroom was clean except the toilet. When we arrived into our hotel room and saw the toilet, we had to clean it ourselves.

The hotel room was clean, spacious and well lit. It was a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof and easy to locate. A bottle of water, glasses and mugs, tea and a coffee machine was provided in the hotel room. Towels were provided and the view was quite relaxing. The bathroom was well lit and clean, water temperature and pressure were perfect. We liked that we could adjust the air-conditioning temperature, and there was plenty of room to place our luggage and umbrellas after the rain. Appreciated the coat racks and storage shelf with coat hangers for our jackets. Luggage storage and wifi were provided free of charge. Beautiful hotel interior and view out of the stairwell windows. Interesting use of door codes rather than key cards, but good so we didn't have to worry about carrying a swipe card, and could just remember the code.
Had to pay for breakfast. A couple of the staff were a bit cold. Self check in didn't work.

A small, sweet hotel. Didn’t interact with staff much but when I did - no complaints. Breakfast costs €10.50 for one morning. It was delicious, toast, cheeses, ham, cereal, juices, coffee, eggs, jams etc, etc. There were gluten free options and there was oat milk! Loved it! The only downside to breakfast was that it was very basic and it lack like scrambled eggs and maybe some sausages. Location was very good but at night there were A LOT of men and i know it’s safe but i was very aware of everything.
Loud. I heard EVERYTHING behind the doors. I heard main doors in my floor SLAMMING and most of the time it made me jump up and my heart was racing. I heard also people talking, walking around but the door slamming was awful. This is the only thing that made my stay not 100% enjoyable. I was scared that I am also heard so did not feel comfortable to even talk on phone.

Large, comfortable, new and clean rooms. Easy check-in and check-out. Cold beer for 3 euros at the reception, which you can take to your room. Good hotel location. The hotel recommended parking the car on the street, because their underground parking is tight.
The breakfast room is too small for such a large hotel. There is a possibility to have breakfast on the roof terrace, but we met many "friends" (hornets) there. We offer breakfast at different times for separate rooms.

Location was super cool, we were looking for something nearby the train station since we used this hole only for one night as a resting place in our long train ride to another side of Europe. The bed was super comfy. The room was super clean and the breakfast was nice. There was some vegan options as well which were important to me. Generally good hotel.
We can't say that the room was super quite, we could have heard a lot of sounds coming from the outside and the hallway. Luckily, nothing was so loud that ruined our stay there.

Good location in a fairly quiet road, 9 minutes walking from Munich Central Station (Muenchen Hauptbahnof). Despite arriving very early morning (late train from Berlin) we find a warm welcoming staff that was "blitzschnell" for checking us in and grabbing few hours sleep. Thank you very much! Breakfast at 6th floor, a pity that the terrace, despite being quite big, is only partly furnished with table, so in the "rush hour" of breakfast it's not easy to find a place outside.

Very good breakfast without bells and whistles but lots of nice touches like organic ingredients and excellent coffee. Room also nothing fancy but well-designed and functional.
The neighborhood seemed a bit rough. The price had been set quite high due to a trade fair. There was one brief noise incident that proved how sound travels in the building but nevertheless it was very quiet the rest of the time (mid-week).

Convenient location, quiet street. Comfortable bed with great air conditioning made for a great night's sleep! Modern room, really friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
There was limited seating at breakfast indoors, outdoors we were swarmed by wasps! Time your breakfast cleverly to beat the crowds. Had to wait at reception sometimes, there wasn't always someone available

Traveled for Oktoberfest. This location is ideal walking distance from the grounds (less than 5 min) and clean and comfortable. Also, only 10-15 min walk from main train station. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful except the desk manager on duty afternoon/evening 19 SEP. He could not have been less helpful! we did not eat at the hotel
