In our trip there was me and my wife, three adult children with theirs couples. Also one year baby. We left from Tre-Pirkkala airport, its so easy for everything with trip. Hotell Fidelio was perfect to us. About 700 m. from Central railway station. Nearest metro, Theresienwise (U4 and U5) is 150 m from hotell. We used only metros. There is a group day ticket for 5 peoples, cost 12-25 euros, depending how far away you want to go. In city ceter you need cheapest one. From airport you must take that expensive one. Trains S1 and S8 goes to Railway station. To city it takes 45 minutes. The breakfast was perfect, one of the best, we have had in this room price category. Monday-friday its serves at 06.30-10.00 and weekends 07.30-10.00. Rooms were clean and toilet/ shower room was like brand new. The clening was every day if you want. All the rooms are in patio side,so there is no traffic noise, only St Pauls church plays bells very often😁 In the reception there is a little bar. If you have problems with walking, i think this is not your hotell. There is many stairs. From patio side you can use door, where you can go to elevator without any stairs. Its near by hotells garage. All the doors you can open with your room card. Fidelios staff was good. Specially the male reception, who was really nice and was intrested in our well-being. Last morning we didnt have time to normal breakfast so we got breakfast packages with us, brilliant activity. I asked those packages. In 4. floor there is a terrace for 10 people, you can also smoke there. About 350 m from hotell there is shopping center Forum. There is Lidl, Edeka and many other shops and restaurants. Just by hotell there are 4-5 places where you can eat and drink. We ate many times something little in Main railway station. I think this hotell is perfect choise , if you want to get good basic quality. I would come again to this hotell.

What we liked about the hotel was the location, the size of the room, the toilet being separate from the shower, and the friendly staff. It was about an 8min walk from Munich central station and not in a busy area like the other hotels we looked up. The room had plenty of space for us to leave our bags open during our stay and the balcony was cute. The toilet being in a separate room from the shower turned out to be a good thing because we didn’t have to wait for the bathroom if someone was taking a shower. We arrived earlier than expected and the staff was kind enough to hold our bags so we could walk around the city and come back to check in. They also printed our tickets for the game without hesitation. Breakfast was available but I’m not sure if it was included or for a price, since we didn’t eat breakfast there.

The things we didn’t like were the pillows and wifi connection. The pillows were too soft for our liking and the wifi connection was weak.

Breakfast wasn’t bad. It didn’t varied from day to day, but it was plenty. It had fruits, nuts, boiled eggs, and either fried or scrambled eggs. They had coffee or hot water for tea, as well as two juices and water to drink. They also had a variety of cold meet, cheeses and olives. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that in order to get to the hotel yo have to go a set of steps that it becomes very difficult with suitcases. The elevator is on the back of the hotel, fact that helps when you exit the hotel or check out. There were some guess who were very loud at two in the morning until early hours of the morning. After a few days they left and it was very peaceful the night sleep.

Excellent choice for stopover entering Germany through Munich Airport in a bussiness travel to another village in South Germany; close to the main train station, very nice and helpful personnel. I will repeat. Maybe the breakfast a little more varied would be desirable, but the overall asessment is super. I really recomend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They offered luggage storage after checking out. The breakfast buffet is good. Shower water is strong.

There are a bunch of stairs. I needed to carry luggage up and down before I get to the lift. Luckily the lift is close to the back door. The wifi is only accessible mear the door of my room. The quality of wifi was not guaranteed.

The gentleman at reception on our arrival was welcoming and very efficient dealing with our booking - we suspect he must have been the manager as he personally greeted us the following morning at breakfast. The hotel is situated about twenty minutes walk to the city centre, and after a day's exploration expect to pay about 12 euro for a taxi back. Breakfast consisted of a good selection to choose from.

Not a complaint but an observation: though convenient, the underground car park leaves very little space to manoeuvre and requires reverse parking - okay for a small car but more of a challenge for a larger one. A size restriction is in place so check before you book.

About 10 mins walk from Hbf. Rooms were surprisingly large good powerful shower and quiet .everywhere was clean and tidy check in staff friendly and offered help .Close to Christmas market in the same location as Oktoberfest 5 mins walk .10/15 mins to Karlsplatz centre of town another 5 mins to Mariensplatz . In room fridge always handy .Very plentiful breakfast we eat early so had the room to ourselves for 2 mornings .

Pillows a common gripe of mine are very soft . My wife complains that the hairdryer has to be held in an on position which makes drying harder .

Great location, close to Strassbahn stop and U-bahn station for fast access to historical center, and 10min walk from main train station. There is parking available, it is underground and uses a car lift, which is unique. I would not bring a truck or a large SUV, because the parking is more compact. A lift is available, which was very convenient with a stroller. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety to meet the needs of various dietary preferences. They are very accommodating for families with small children. They had cribs available, very convenient for us. Overall, we had a pleasant experience

Breakfast area is not wheelchair or stroller accessible, so make arrangements with the hotel staff uf you need that access.

Clean quiet room in an unpretentious, relatively inexpensive hotel in a nice neighbourhood 10 minutes walk from the Central Station and the old town. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. It did the basics well and we enjoyed our stay.

The stairs up into reception from the front door and back down into the main part of the hotel, were difficult to negotiate with heavy luggage for check-in, but there is a side entrance to use once you get a key card. No kettle in the room but that's not unusual. Pillows were small and they might leave extra ones in the wardrobe.

Staff was excellent! Helpfully and fully available. Really friendly! Housekeeping did an excellent job on our room. Very impressed. When I needed assistance, staff was eager to help! It did bring a smile to my face. Wonderful!

I asked for good wifi. The wifi in my room was poor and spotty. Made it very difficult! This needs to be improved. The breakfast was a bit sparse. I would say it met the bare minimum and no more. It was not terrible but it could be much improved with more options. At times staff worked very hard but had difficulty keeping up to the demand!
