The location is easy to access main Central train station and easy access to historical attraction places..

There are many homeless people are lived in the corner of the building complex towards to main entrance bit scare when you walk at night.

The location is very central walking distance to major train station and the city train. The room is spacious and window is wide with view of the buildings nearby. The bed and pillows soft to my liking and are very comfortable. There are ample shelves/ closet as well as a laptop safe to tuck away belongings. The bathroom is also very spacious with bathrobe, slippers and toiletries provided. We were at the far end near the stairs and elevator (but no noise). WiFi is very strong inside our room and in the lobby area. They have a gym and a bar/restaurant onsite. The staff spoke good English and were helpful when we misplaced our card key. We turned down daily cleaning, though it is offered on daily basis.

The shower area is narrow so shower water spills over, thank goodness there is a heated towel rack to dry the foot towel. There was a homeless guy who came in with an intention to “lounge” in one of the sitting area, but one staff (maybe a manager?) came over and took care of the situation. The hotel is near the major train station and city train hence, the footpath and homeless people. Not the hotels fault at all, but be aware. The fire alarm went off on one of the early mornings, which was inconvenient, but thankfully there was no fire and no one was hurt.

NH Hotel has a very convenient location if you take trains or love to walk around the old city. The warm and reliable service is also one of the most attractive features of the hotel. Every time you need their help, they come up and respond with a high trustworthiness. I used the wrong credit card when checking out. When I telephoned Mr. Eustorgio Hernandez Falcon, Assistant Front Office Manager, immediately helped me solve the payment method change.

Several kinds of bread in the breakfast are not that fresh enough, in my personal view. I suggest you change bread baskets into smaller ones to improve the freshness of bread.

I really liked and appreciated the service provided by the staff. There are so many things to choose from during the breakfast service and also one server came to my table and offered me small desert or orange juice. The amenities provided in the room was fantastic and when I took small drinks from the fridge, they come fulfill the fridge whilst I was roaming in the beautiful city of Munich. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. The price for a 3 night room was a little more expensive than I used to pay but it was definitely worth it. Keep up this high standards and maybe we will see eachother again very soon. ☺️

The rooms were a decent size and they were very modern. The hotel itself was in a great location, situated 10 minutes walk from the city centre and only a couple hundred yards away from the train station. The staff were very helpful with whatever queries we had. The reception and bar area were also very big and were relaxing. The bar had was really nice.

The drinks at the bar could have been cheaper, but thats just how it is within hotels. Other than that everything seemed great and no one in my party had any complaints.

Air conditioning could be more effective (but not a massive deal)

Centrally located near to the Lufthansa bus station, walking distance from the historical center, just opposite to the train station. One of the best breakfast from Munich (I was several times in MUnich and I have experimented many hotels)

No slippers - after two days I realized that I should ask for - a bottle of water is compliemntary but in my room was available in the first day (just one day) and in our friends room it was available only in the last day (I did not understood the politique)

Perfect location, quiet, clean and cosy rooms, comfortable beds. Staff at Reception desk was very kind and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant hotel that we can recommend and where we'd love to return.

It seems that the the cleaning services team was understaffed and our room was not even visited by a chambermaid, despite the clear sign we left on the door. Not a big issue though, but it is a 4-star hotel.

Everything was just what I expected for a 4* hotel, nothing more, nothing less. The location is a very good one if you want to visit the city, 10-15 min walking distance from city center or Oktoberfest; however, it is located next to the central station, so you might hear some noise if the windows are open. The room was clean, reception staff very professional, breakfast ok.

Some staff (bar, breakfast) was in the first days of work, so some things were not quite smooth. But the lack of personnel is a general issue in all hotels, so it's understandable. Another thing was the price: way higher than a normal booking, but again, it was Oktoberfest, so I totally understand.

It‘s easy to find a good hotel with nice rooms but to find one that feels like home is nearly impossible. That‘s how the NH Hotel felt like: Home! Thanks to the impeccable Staff that have been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly felt like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats off to your team especially the night shift receptionist who was genuinely kind to me and also gave me the advice to roll on NH discovery and collect points to get discounts on my next stays.

Please let him as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for hiring such excellent staff and hope to see them and interact with them at my every visit/stay. PS: Amazing beer !
