Everything was great. From the super-friendly lady at reception who allowed us to check in half an hour early (when our train arrived) to the bartender at WXYZ to the fantastic breakfast buffet to the friendly cleaning staff. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The location was brilliant too - near the attractions we wanted to see and right on the hub of public transport (intercity rail as well as trams and U-bahn).

Overall it was clean, but Housekeeping could use a little more attention to detail - for example, room and hallway could obviously use a vacuuming and there was a half-empty bottle of complimentary mouthwash in the bathroom.

If you are looking for a convenient and easily accessible hotel, this is it. The hotel is located just across the central train station with so many metro lines passing through that you have plenty of travel options. We could even walk to Marienplatz since the weather was good (2 stops away if you choose to take the metro). The restaurant next door serves pretty good local food and pizza, more food options are available at the train station and you can also find a supermarket there. The hotel room itself was so spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean. The room we had was carpeted and there were quite a few stains on the carpet - inevitable I guess but also maybe time for a change? Not an issue for us as we just requested for bedroom slippers and made do. The hotel staff were very friendly as well and helped us when my sister's luggage cracked before our flight back. Would recommend and would even return to this hotel if I'm in Munich.

Both the room and the king bed were very sizeable (both bigger than expected!), plus the bed was incredibly comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. There were plenty of spaces to store clothes and other items and it was very useful to have a fridge when you end up with leftovers from a restaurant. The location is ideal if you plan on taking day trips from Munich on the train or want to use the excellent public transport system within the city. The staff were able to find us a new room when we arrived relatively late at night to a warm room with no air conditioning. The room was kept very clean by housekeeping.

The breakfast had a relatively good number of options but did not feel like good value for money as the quality was not as comparable as other hotels I have stayed in - I would recommend finding a nearby bakery for a more budget breakfast option. It is worth noting that the surrounding area was what you might expect for a busy area in a city near a train station.

Warm and welcoming staff that really made us feel at home. The beds were super comfortable and we looked forward to a good night's sleep. The location is right across the central train station which makes for a sometimes "interesting"area, but it was close to Marienplatz and convenient if you used the airport shuttle to go back and forth.

Great Location, just across Haupbanhof Station where the platforms for Euro rails are located. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended for small family. Will come back again.

Central air conditioning, a spacious modern room with a comfortable bed, big shower, and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful and varied. There was an open air atrium patio where there was drink service and evening entertainment. The main train station was across the street and very convenient. We had an interior room facing the courtyard which was quiet. I felt safe in our room. The rooms were cleaned quickly daily and towels were replenished.

The nearby surroundings a block away have homeless people begging, Extremely busy just outside the hotel, but the hotel was a welcome escape from the crowds and noise.

The hotel is located near the train station and 7 min walk from Karlsplats. The room was very nicely decorated with in suite bathroom. The breakfast was very good and it was included in the price although the boiled eggs are cold which doesn’t fit our Arabic taste. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful The room has iron and iron board The hotel has laundry room where you can wash your clothes. It is very convenient.

The room pillows were not good and the sleep was not comfortable The hotel lobby is getting renovated and it was a bit noisy at the time when we stayed. Although you don’t hear them in the room but if you stay in the lobby you do.

Excellent hotel located right next to the central train station. The soundproof rooms were excellent and spacious for our family including two kids. Air-conditioning was a bonus during the sweltering summer weather. Luggage storage facility was quite useful next to the train station. We did not eat at the hotel as there is a wide variety of outlets to try in the vicinity.

One of the two elevators was constantly undergoing repair during our stay which made getting the other one a bit of a hassle. On the positive side though, it shows they are regulalrly maintaining the facility.

The location Reception Staff are friendly

When I checked out and after I left the hotel about two days later I found that the Hotel had debited my credit card twice. Instead of approving the authorization that they did in the first day the did another transaction. And now my cards was debited with the accommodation amount in addition to the hold amounts that they did as an authorization, which make me short of money and I can’t use may credit card until they remove the hold amount 👎👎 you should train your staff how to deal with the credit cards authorization.
