Very good location allowing quick foot access to all attractions between the city walls. If you book a big room, you will get it. Nice architecture both outside and inside. Better car parking arrangement that the public parking one.

The AC was down whole the time we spent in the hotel, even outside temperature was close to 30! Furthermore, even up and running, one could get AC only for an extrapayment of 15 euro/day! How many ranging stars did they get, from who and for what actually?! Annoying the inssistence of waiters in the reastaurant in "hunting" clients for cash payment! Too much noise from hotel´s restaurant terrace and the main road in front of the hotel. Imagine, warm air in the room without AC, and big noise when one opens the windows. Got it?!

Staff was nice, olace was clean and so lovely in a very good location.

The water system was so close ti the walls, whenever upper room flush the toilet, we heard every water drop. Or if someone is walking in their heels, you can hear them. Also the painting was so creepy, I don't know who eill choose such a thing to put on the wall.. Other than that it was good

Stayed at this hotel for one night in July 2022. Excellent hotel, conveniently located next to a central Parkplatz for parking. Check in was a breeze with a multi-lingual reception. I had a mobility impaired family member with me and the gentleman who checked me in quickly provided another room with easier access. Very accommodating. Dinner was delicious, wine was wonderful and breakfast was phenomenal (hot and cold food and great coffee). We sat outside on the patio for all meals and enjoyed the beautiful weather and views. Room was very spacious with the availability to open the windows to enjoy the cool weather. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beds were a tad bit hard

The location was perfect! Central within the medieval city walls, it's only a 5-10 min walk to get anywhere within the town, such as the iconic Plönlein. Bringing you back in time, the rooms gave a charming ambiance, as if you're in a fairytale staying in a traditional German home. Service was solid, rooms were clean, and their restaurant served delicious traditional German food.

The Twin Room we stayed in was a bit small and compact- although this didn't bother us, future visitors who need more room space should consider going a room size up. Also, there's a huge parking lot in front of the hotel, which is convenient if you are arriving by car, however, your view from the restaurant/hotel will be a lots of cars.

We stayed only for one night on our way to Italy. The staff was friendly and professional and very nice to the children. The location is perfect with a big parking lot in front of the hotel. It’s paid parking but a reasonable rate and free from 18:00 -09:00. I had left something in the hotel room and the staff was so kind and helpful when I called panicking when I reached Austria. I picked up my package on my way back from our holiday. The staff is exceptional.

The location inside the walls of the city was fantastic! We were greeted when we entered the hotel and felt welcomed. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! There were many food choices and the presentation was nice. We enjoyed our time at Akzent Hotel Schranne. Thank you!

We very much liked the hotel and the area. I am not sure there was anything we did not like. I would recommend the hotel without reservation.

This is a great place to stay as it is just a short walk to the main square. Parking is ample as you can park on site (for a fee) or in the large public lot in front of the hotel, or even just outside the wall in the public lot. Quaint rooms, nice staff.

Breakfast was really good. The room had a good size for a couple. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient and delicious.

There were no fans or air conditioning at our room and it felt a bit hot inside. I understand this was a very hot summer, above average, and none of these ammenities were described when we made the reservation so I am not really complaining about it.

Close to Market place centre and within the old city walls. Charming rooms with a public parking right opposite the hotel. We had a room on the second floor with view of the town. Breakfast was good. The staff was polite and helpful.

No lift access to our room - I had a bigger bag (travelling for a month through europe). The second floor is split into 2 sections so with bigger bags - put in a request for a room with lift access.

Excellent location just inside the wall. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didn't end up using it. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The room was a little dated and a towel rack was broken. Nothing that would stop us from staying again.
