My wife and I stayed in the small double room and it was perfect for our needs. Check in was super simple. Parking was easy, right behind the hotel. It has been really hot here in Germany lately but the room really cooled down at night. Especially with the windows opened. It’s an 800 year old building so you just have to expect some little imperfections! But honestly, this was a great stay! Very clean. Very quiet. Very comfortable. The bathroom was perfect. The price for a Saturday night at this location really cannot be beaten. I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing location in the middle of beautiful Rothenburg. Surrounded by lovely eateries and cafés. Check in was easy. The guest house is in traditional German style which we loved. Beds were comfy. Radiators could be easily turned on to dry our wet clothes.

We had two rooms, and the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was too low to actually use: the shower was just a trickle. Meanwhile the water pressure in the other shower was so high it was almost painful! It needed to be somewhere in the middle. That said, we'd still stay there again if back in town :)

No breakfast. The room was sweet and comfy!

There is no elevator and the proprietor could not provide any help to seniors trying to get their luggage upstairs, the restaurant was busy and seemed to be the priority at check-in time. They would only provide one key and we had multiple adults in the family room.

We thank the hotel staff, especially Mr. Filip and Mr. Semy: - very prompt, with great seriousness, with tourists with all their heart, and in terms of cleanliness, Mrs. Ionela does her duty impeccably. At the restaurant, the food is exceptional, and impeccable service. I highly recommend this hotel; we promise to return as soon as possible.

The manager was INCREDIBLY kind and went above and beyond to make our trip as easy as possible. 5 star customer service in our experience. Such a treat to stay in an 800 year old building! We had a blast ☺️

I booked 3 rooms. We were 3 couples from 3 generations traveling together I requested a room in a lower floor which was honored. The location was great plus the Italian restuarant downstairs was very good.

Of all the rooms ours was the smallest. We had to move chairs out of the room in order to get our smallish suitcases in there. The tub/shower was difficult to get in and out of. So small too.

Thus Hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was very friendly. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and everything you want to see is in walking distance. The Hotel is very old but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

There’s are very few parking spots in the lot behind the hotel. We were lucky enough to pull up right as someone was leaving. Be prepared to pay for parking and you may have to look around for awhile.

The room is quite okay. location is awesome and easy to find if we check for Vito restaurant. The reception aka restaurant owner is helpful with the location though.

No one helped with the huge luggage. I wish there is a gentleman in the reception that can help.

Location was good parking you payed in the back . But it was hard to find without talking to someone .

The beds were not that comfortable and lack of pillows.

The location is great and the room is quite comfy.

The shower water takes a little time to get warm. I have no idea why. Also, having a mini fridge would have gone a long way.
