Check in time is a late 4pm. I arrived at 2.30pm and was accommodated immediately. May not always happen of course but this was appreciated. I had booked a deluxe double room and it was lovely. Large - with a separate seating area - clean, very well equipped, light - overlooking a large central courtyard - and quiet. Had a fridge and large tv (could not find any English language stations however). No tea and coffee making facilities. Very comfy bed. Breakfast room was large and overlooking a central garden and there was a wide selection of food. There was a separate residents' lounge on level 1, a bar adjacent to the breakfast room and 24hr reception. Wifi was healthy.

Nothing. Only comment is that if arriving by train, the train station is a mess because of massive reconstruction occuring. Do not take the recommended Google map route to the hotel as it has masses of stairs. Instead, follow the signs out to the S trains, cross the main street and walk a block up either Konigstrasse or Lautenschlagerstrasse and then turn right onto Kronenstrasse and follow that until you get to the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Close to the railway station. Everything was clean and worked. The buffet breakfast was very good and the waiting staff were helpful.

The location ia very good, walking distance to center and if you travel bu car, you can pay the parking fee and leave the car in the hotel. the breakfast was amazing, fried or scrumbled eggs as per desire, salad, fruits, cheese and cold cur options, hummus, in short there is something for every taste, one of the best breakfast I had in Europe since I do not eat meat products or diary. I read some comments that there is no kettle in the room, but if you ask from the reception they provide hot water in a pot so you can make your own tea or coffee.

Wonderful check in with lovely staff. Reception area had bottles of water, fruit and sweets for guests. Beautiful room with chic furnishings. Now breakfast was on another level ! So much choice, everything fresh and made on site. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The area was very quiet but within a 10 minute walk into town with an abundance of shops and restaurants.

Nothing not to like. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

The location is very good. Easy walk into central Stuttgart. Bedroom was described as small but it was a good size for single traveller if u don’t mind a single bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was better than expected and food was nicely cooked, presented etc. Beautiful garden outside the restaurant made the morning breakfast even more enjoyable. Shower strong and hot. All round a good choice.

The breakfast was excellent. A great selection, nice room and the service was very friendly and efficient.

It wasn't clear from booking.com that there was an extra charge for the wellness area. It would have been useful to have this information in advance. Also, the garden was closed. I know it was winter but it was a lovely sunny day and I would have liked the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the sun in a quiet space.

I received exceptional service from the front desk ladies. I came from South Africa not understanding German. They assisted me with dinner, train services and directions. Ten out of ten ladies. The breakfast is one for the books, wow blew my socks off. Friendly efficient staff and service in the breakfast hall. It is a spread for a King. It is impossible to leave their hungry and not satisfied.

The a/c felt great after a hot day of running after trains --- I slept really well. The breakfast was amazing. Staff was kind and helpful. It was also an easy walk to the train station (Note: Leave yourself extra time if you are traveling by train here -- the station is under construction, so it requires a bit of time to navigate around it and find things.)

Nice people. I arrive at Stuttgart tired from walking from railway station early in the morning. Although official check-in time is 3:00 pm, the service lady let me check in and take a rest. I am very grateful. Besides, the room is comfortable and clean.

Although some guest say it is located near railway station, it is still tough walk if you large luggage as it is located down the hill. It would be nice if water and kettle is offered in the room. On Sunday, it is kind of difficult to find food.

I sent a question in advance asking if I could check-in early but did not receive a response. They told me when I arrived that they had received the message. This was surprising as I’m sure they could have checked if check-in earlier was possible and if not, respond to my message regardless.
