Location was great, room was great, the ac worked great. The shower was my favorite, amazing water pressure. The welcoming raki and oranges were a great touch. Really appreciated the booklet in the room detailing the sites around Chania and means of accessing them. Dimitria was fast at answering my WhatsApp call.

These weren't things I didn't like. I just didn't expect and didn't have any influence on my experience, but it is worth sharing. 1- additional towels would cost, you get 1 large and 1 small towel for your duration. 2- There's an ask not to use the towels to wash off makeup or tinted sunscreen to avoid soiling the towels with those products. 3- it's a not a new hotel (duh) so if your a light sleeper the sounds of the upstairs guests heavy walking (I was on ground floor) or people walking past the door can be herd. Just bring some ear plugs.

Really well located, quiet. It’s small, compact, nice for one night. I loved that they used refillable water bottle ( glass) instead of plastic. Overall beautiful room studio with cute little balcony. Loved that this was one of the only place that had orange juice instead of alcohol promoted hehe

Not a big thing, but unfortunately we didn’t have hot/ warm enough water for jacuzzi , so couldn’t really use it ( so not worth if you get it for that). Also bathroom door might need to oil it, makes lots of noice when closing. Didn’t have enough place where to place your clothes ( only hangers), so maybe small dresser would be good ( has two small bed tables). Maybe good to put a note on the door for people to not lock l the main door, because at check out we left our key in the room as asked, yet couldn’t get out of the house because someone locked main door ( had to bother other people for a key).

Beautiful apartment in the old town of Chania. We stayed here for four nights and we can just recommend it. The experience to sleep in a traditional building in the gorgeous tiny streets of the old Venetian town was a unique experience. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the harbour. Also a free Parking is available just 10 minutes away from the apartment. The owner is amazing, he was always helpful and answered all our questions and gave us good advices. Every day we had delicious oranges from his garden to make fresh orange juice. The room was very clean and we got daily new bath articles and fresh towels. When in Chania we will stay here again!

Loved the location - so many great restaurants. so close to the port and walking distance to some beaches. Loved the decor and communication. Worth noting that I’ve never been to a hotel that leaves daily fresh oranges until now. Won’t forgot that anytime soon. Check-in was super easy and I’m really grateful to property for helping to organise a transfer from Kissamos to Chania. A really great hotel experience.

Not much to dislike

The staying in Hamam Suites was amazing! Me and my boyfriend stayed for 9 nights and had a great time. We where welcomed with an exceptional Cretan Raki and Oranges, products from the family. The room was in a great location in the Old Town of Chania and in the lovely tiny streets. You could walk anywhere in the town and in 1 minute you where in the beautiful old Venetian Harbor. The room was lovely clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay and will go again for our next vacations in Chania!

Very quirky room found down a pretty back street. Go straight into the room off the street. Loved the unusual style of the stone and chandeliers and lace. It looked fantastic. The bed was so comfortable! It was much quieter than I thought it would be too.

There was a coffee machine but no proper coffee and packets of instant coffee but no kettle to make it with. The wifi was good but didn’t work the next morning

Lovely room in a very quiet street. Great location, with easy access to the waterfront and the old town. The host had included thoughtful touches, like a small flask of raki and fresh oranges in the fridge, with an orange juicer available.

Sending location and check in instructions the night before instead of late morning on the day of our arrival would have been helpful. Better to assume people won’t necessarily have wifi/data network access when they arrive in Chania (we didn’t!). And of course asking for ‘Hamam’ in Chania results in directions to the Hamam (Turkish baths) in the Main Street.

We spent 8 days in Chania and stayed in this hotel. Totally recommend, location is great and other aspects were quite satisfying. The room was big and comfortable, liked Hamam Suites a lot.

The location was perfect in the heart of the Old town of Chania. Very clean! The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing and the bed super comfortable! We will come back for sure!

We loved everything. Just keep in mind that it is a traditional building so there is no elevator. Not suitable for travelers with mobility issues…

We really enjoyed our stay at Hamam Suites, the location was unbeatable, a short stroll to the waterfront, and a ten minute walk from the beach! The bed was so so comfortable, the hot tub was a great addition and the balcony was gorgeous! The bathroom was straight out of Mamma Mia and had a waterfall shower head! We would come back again in a heartbeat!
