Everything was clean and in order, as well as nice-looking and cosy. We appreciated the travel sustainability (hand soap, shower and shampoo dispensers), as well as the other travel items that were provided (my partner was very pleased to find a beard-shaving kit and a sewing kit exactly when needed). Extra pods for the coffee machine were supplied daily. We also liked the candy on the counter up front, which were also restocked daily, haha. For us the location was a plus, as we had an early flight, which we could easily get to by a bus taken from the main station right across the street. The beach and central-touristy area was a max 10-minute walk, si nit that far either.

There wasn’t much not to like.

Excellent location. Opposite the bus station and taxi rank. Easy walking distance to the quaint old town and harbour and beachfront. Nice to wake up and see the snow capped mountains in the distance. Supermarkets, little cafes (one right next door), little fruit and veg shops, main shopping area, eateries galore, ATMS, all within a few metres of hotel. The room was quite large and very clean. The shower was excellent (hard for me to leave it once I was in there!). Very good a/c.and a quiet fridge. (great idea to cover all the remotes in plastic!). Bed comfy. There’s no direct sunlight into the room, only on the balcony which is great as it helps to keep the room cool!

There is obviously traffic noise but once in the room and the door closed, you don’t notice/hear it at all. Curtains let some light thru in the mornings..some blackout curtains would be nice but not essential.

Very clean, well appointed and comfortable room. Great air conditioning - one unit on the main floor and one on the upper floor. Fantastic location across from the main bus stop and just a block or two to Old Town. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

Shower leaked a little, but not a big deal. There were 3 shower rugs/towels at any given time so that helped.

The location is perfect, especially if you're not renting a car because it's right in front of the bus station. Also, it's a very short walk to the harbour. The room is very clean, well decorated (everything looks new and very modern), with nice utilities like a hairdryer, an iron, coffee machine and coffee capsules, handwash and shower gel. The only room available when we booked it was a triple room, so they have to put two single beds together and make it a double bed. It wasn't comfortable, but they were very nice trying to make the room more suitable for us.

The biggest problem we have was with the shower. For some reason, the shower cabin would become like a swimming pool and the water would leak and soak the mat and big part of the bathroom. That was the only relevant inconvenience. Besides, there's no reception so if you have any issues you need to email or ring them, and we only got 1 key for the room.

Location is great, right by the bus station. 2 minute walk to the old town. Room was kept nice and clean

Shower design meant it leaked. Stairs down from the bedroom need to have some sort of railing to hold onto. It is ok as we did not really use that bed, but if we did, I would be concerned.

apartment was in a great location close to the old town. communication with host was very clear and responsive. the cleaning of the facility was especially good, our cleaning lady was amazing! thank you!

no washing machine

The room was at the opposite side of the road of the bus station. But very near to the old town too. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, silent. Everything was new and good hold, very clean. The check-in without reception is easy.

You must have internet on your phone, because they send the code to enter a few minutes before 15:00

The room is in the perfect location especially if you are in transit - right across from the central bus station, around the corner from the main square, and just minutes from the old town. The bathroom is spacious, and I enjoyed the tea and coffee-making facilities a lot.

The check-in process was a bit bumpy but could be solved pretty fast.

the room that we stayed in was perfect for the 3 of us as was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. the location is perfect which is. a few minutes walk to the harbour. the staff were very helpful and was available to answer any queries.

the only downside would be that there isn’t a lift available if you have a large luggage’s to carry to your room

Great location just opposite central bus station im Chania. Few minutes walk from city center and harbour. Coffee in the morning masę my day. Room was cery comfortable, quiet, very well equipped and all clean.

There are stairs that might be difficult for large baggage such as baby carriage/stroller
