The hotel is near the old town, placed in a relatively quiet area. Rooms are basic, but ok. Breakfast is good; fresh vegetables, pastry, many desserts and the usual eggs & ham. Dinner is also good. We ate only twice in the evening; in particular the Greek evening was excellent. The maitre d' of the restaurant is a very nice person and tries to make everyone happy. So, all in all, a nice one week stay. Good value for the money.

Parking is on the street, but there were always free places near the hotel. Maybe late in the evening parking could be a problem. Unfortunately, we found our hired car scratched one morning, maybe by a motorcycle...

The location was really good and staff were welcoming and friendly. The food at the pool bar was good too.

Towels/ sheets could have been changed more often. Breakfast was good but wish there was more fresh fruit options rather than from a tin. There wasn’t much seating around the pool either and most of the time it was reserved. Maybe there could be a policy where if towels are left for longer than 30mins the staff can remove them to free up seating for others.

Good breakfast. A nice almost sea side location which is only about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The bus stops to and from the airport are very close.

If you visit in the off season like I did, beware that there are very few eating or drinking options in the neighbourhood. The hotel doesn't have laundry facilities as well.

We booked excursions at Reception and were told that the bus would drop us off at the hotel upon return as the ascent from the main coastal road was too much for me and was panting every few steps. Management should request that guests be dropped off at hotel.

Best thing - good location, central, but not in a noisy street, so you can reach everything easily and have a good night sleep too! Staff is amazing - really nice and helpful. Breakfast is also quite good.

I kinda would expect to have different shower and hair products, not "one fits all". Also, a bit more healthier choices for breakfast, more different veggies & proteins would be great!

room was amazing on the top floor with two bathrooms. staff were excellent especially the breakfast manager. Breakfast was very good. First toaster that didn’t need two passes of the bread !!

pool very small and not much sunbathing area but we knew that and don’t sunbathe anyway.

Great staff, hotel in great condition, breakfast was very nice. was nice to have swimming pool for the kids. 15 minutes walk from old city, 10 minutes walk from city center

the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Other than that everything was great

I really liked the food, I can say they have the best food around the area, breakfast is ok, you have so many options. The staff is also very nice, always smiling and ready to help.

Rooms are quite small and for the swimming pool it was really hard to get a spot.
