Antigon Urban Chic Hotel, Thessaloniki

Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager John Zachariadis’s commitment to customer service is exemplary! Alexandra at the front desk performed a smooth check-in and check-out and helped with everything in between too! The lovely cleaning ladies led by Larisa also made sure everything was always spick and span! The other stars of the show were the breakfast crew Makrina, Gavriela and superstar host Ioannis who’s professionalism and hospitality was amazing! His service was so polished and much appreciated.

Awesome hotel, very clean, good service and great staff who was willing to help and answer all of your questions! The location was great and really close to the city center, the food at the hotel was delicious. Another great thing was that the check in was at 3pm, but they called to inform us that the room is ready and we can go before 3pm, when is most suitable for us. I totally recommend this place to everyone, you won’t regret. 100/100!

Wonderful hotel.Everything was great.But i want to tell you something.There is a boy from the staff his name is Dimitrius.He took care of us,he made us feel special.He answers every question,solves every problem and always with a smile.He made the vacation different to us. He showed us more of Greece, more of Thessaloniki. Huge respect and huge thanks

I was amazed by the staff - friendly, helpful and always smiling. The room was well furnished and had all amenities (kettle and iron were provided when we arrived on request). The hotel position is perfect - all interesting landmarks are in walking distance. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area, and the train/bus station is only 15 min away on foot. Didn’t use the parking or the breakfast options, so can’t comment on them.

There were 2 things I disliked - the room was a bit dark and since it was on the first floor, every night until 23-23:30 we could hear loud music and clattering of utensils from the lobby downstairs. It was very disturbing, as I am a light sleeper. Next time for sure I would like to have a room on the upper floors. Also it should be made clear that the first 4 coffee capsules are free. Then you have to request and pay for the rest. We didn’t know and at some point we run out of coffee 😅 The guys were kind enough to not charge us, which was great experience! Still, the policy should be made clear on arrival, so this can be sorted out and capsules renewed with the cleanup daily if the guests want so.

It was very clean, from the lobby to the room itself, sparkling. In the room we got everything we needed and more. I don't know if it's the norm but never before have l gotten a razor kit and a toothbrush from the hotel. All of the staff were extremely polite and attentive from having small talk with us to giving us directions and helping out with our bags and breakfast choices. The breakfast was very nice. Lots of options and even an extra menu so you can order from the kitchen. The parking was accessible through the dining area which didn't bother me but l can see how it would make people eating uncomfortable. Either way it was the first hotel in Thessaloniki l stayed in that promoted having a parking space and actually had one and not a deal with a garage nearby.

Super chic hotel in an old house - remains of foundations visible from breakfast area. the refurbishment into a hotel has been done with care and respect. Room of a good size, very comfortable. Small fridge. Excellent location with enough restaurants, cafes, etc around. A particular thumbs up for the staff; people in Greece are normally super friendly and relaxed but in this hotel they make the extra effort.

I was in a room in ground floor (room 6) which is next door of the reception and breakfast area. They really have tried to isolate the noise but unfortunately it does bother if you are a light sleeper. Another problem of the room is that it lacks a ventilation window; there is one that gives on to the breakfast area. The room is nice and spacious but these details may be problematic for some people. Breakfast is buffet and as good as you'd expect. You can also order a fresh omelet from the kitchen at no extra charge. On the downside, drinks are also on service, so you need to ask the staff for every cup of juice or coffee. when it's busy, you rely on getting their attention. I wonder why they do it like that; to save on juice? Freshly squeezed orange juice.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. I have worked in a Leading hotels of the World so knew what to expect. The receptionist Clara was very helpful and I appreciated the GM making time to speak with me. I also appreciated the complimentary wine sent up to my room. The interior building, design and amenities are first class. Breakfast is the finest array that you could ever wish for. I did a quick count, over 40 items and staggeringly I was also offered anything on the menu. So I did it, pancakes. I cannot praise this hotel and the staff enough. Now that I am back in NZ I am telling everyone about my experience at the hotel which tops the list of the 9 hotels that I stayed at during my visit to Greece and Italy.

The hotel has a great location, it is in the city center within a walking distance of everything you need. But, the thing I like the most is the parking! Oh God, in Thessaloniki, the parking lot is a huge plus! They have a great parking lot behind the hotel with a gate. It is behind the hotel but do not worry, there is a backyard entrance to the hotel as well so you can access your car and your luggage very easily. This thing makes this hotel top-notch. The room is super cozy and sparkling clean. The staff is awesome, especially the two guys who have greeted us, they are so cool :) The overall impression is fantastic, I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

There is no such thing, maybe I would add an iron station to the rooms. Everything else is already there.

Nice, clean and stylish hotel located in the centre of the city, the staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast is rich and tasty.

This was our second time we stayed at the hotel after the previous stay was 10/10, but this time the experience wasn't as good as the first time. The room we got faced the street and because the heating system was set to warm only we couldn't chill the room and cool it a little. So we had to open the window to the street to allow fresh air to come in, and we paid a price of lots of noise all night long, with an early wakeup by the cleaning truck. So this time it was disappointing.

love everything!! great location, nice and quiet at night. central - close to everything. very modern and comfortable! Best breakfast spread that I’ve had in a long time. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly!! Extende my stay, had to move to another room - just as perfect as the first.

no complaints. only suggestion - maybe access to smart network tv options like netflix etc. only had greek tv network options. but this is not even really necessary- the city has so much to offer that tv really isn’t a priority.
