the hotel was beautiful. on Arrival we got a free upgrade to our room which was super nice. the pool was fantastic, we had a massage followed by a private sauna, the food was all top notch and very well priced! most importantly the staff were absolutely incredible. shout out to the hotel manager Chrysa and Stamatis, both made us feel so welcome during our stay always making sure we had everything we needed, and going above and beyond!

Such an incredible hotel! The venue itself was gorgeous and the hotel was able to book me a transfer from the airport (drive is about 20-25mins) which made arrival pretty smooth. I took the VIP transfer but you can also ask for a regular taxi beforehand which is a little cheaper. My room was upgraded free of charge on arrival which was amazing and the room was gorgeous. Huge comfortable bed, super clean and the hot tub in my room and the private pool made the trip extra special. The customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had on a holiday and every member of staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal as it’s not too close to the party area on the island and there’s a lovely beach within walking distance which has restaurants and bars situated nearby. Overall it was a dream - couldn’t recommend the property or the team more highly and if I go back to Zante this is definitely where I’ll stay.

Situated on the outskirts of the village and about 20minutes drive from Zakynthos town and port, Elegance luxury executive suites really cares that the guests are comfortable and have a good experience. They do this by the attention to detail. For example, they asked us on the first day what sort of tea/coffee we like in the morning at breakfast and it arrived at our table every morning without us having to ask. The breakfast itself has a huge selection of hot and cold food, fruits, pastries, bread, nuts, cheeses and cold meats. The room was a beautiful suite with two TVs (one for the bed area and one for the lounge area), plenty of wardrobe space, separate bathroom and toilet and an enormous jacuzzi spa bath approx 5ft square! The balcony stretched across the suite with sliding doors and everything was immaculately cleaned daily. The swimming pool and bar area is elegant and relaxing. No children and the most delightful bar staff ever. We can’t wait to return!

The only improvement I would suggest would be USB ports in the room but reception did supply us with them to fit the standard sockets when we asked.

The 2nd room we moved to was very nice, well equipped and clean, water pressure was good and views spectacular. Amazing breakfast much more than expected. Beautiful swimming pool. Close to Tsilvi night life but a vehicle is a must. Very calm place.

Lots of maintenance problems in bathrooms, The manager Chrisa did all she could to fix water pressure issues and water temperature in the main building and ended up moving us to a different building. The main building need a refurbishment in all aspects. The first 2 nights were not a good experience and definitely not the standard of even a 3 star hotel..No full body mirror in the 1rst room, No laundry hanger in any of the rooms. Ampty dishes from room were left outside for a long time before picked up by hotel staff. If it wasn't for these problems for the first 2 nights, I would give the hotel a higher score.

Hospitality: From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest welcome I've ever received at a five-star hotel. The staff's dedication to guest wellbeing is evident in every interaction. They go out of their way to make you smile, laugh, and ensure you feel completely taken care of. Unlike some places, there's no pressure or forced services, which adds to the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The Greek hospitality was excellent, adding to the overall warmth and friendliness of the stay. Outstanding Management: A special mention goes to Chrysa, the hotel manager, who is truly one of a kind. She made my stay feel like home, taking exceptional care of me throughout my visit. Chrysa's attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort was remarkable. Her efforts to ensure that I was comfortable at all times did not go unnoticed and added a personal touch that elevated my experience. Chrysa is the sweet person, and during my stay, she became a great friend. It's very rare to find such amazing hotel managers, and I wish her the best. Maria was incredibly friendly and always available to give advice. Her readiness to help and the nice chats we had were really delightful and added to the overall positive experience. Bar Service: Stematis at the bar deserves a special note for his exceptional service. He is a great gentleman who made tasty coffees. His friendliness added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. Dining Experience: The dining experience at the hotel is truly delightful. Mary and her wonderful team paid attention to detail and dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience were evident in every dish served.

The hotell was fantastic, a little bit far from the beach but we booked a suite with private pool that I definitely recommend! But the stuff made the hotell not the other way. They were fantastic, so helpful, genuinely nice and wonderful. The food was amazing. Thanks to the chef and the waiters two Diana, they were so sweet and helpful and the manager there. Also the hotell manger Maria . The masseuse Sophia and the barista and bartender Stamitis just 🤩! Also the receptionist Yannis and Mariadora were amazing! The lady’s who cleaned were so sweet and it was spotless clean. I would definitely recommend this hotell and give it more than 5 stars ⭐️ to all the stuff working there! The stuff , the food and the private pool

Excellent breakfast. Professional and careful staff. Spacious room. Nice and relaxing pool side. Good view on the sea.

The hotel shouldn’t be rated at all as 5 stars hotel. The structure seems renewed but some equipment are not proper: e.g. the elevator is very old-fashioned, the shower tap in our room was poor quality. Sometimes hot water in the shower wasn’t properly heated. Parts of the room walls are not well-finished. Spa service and facilities are very poor. Related space is also very small, compared to the big spaces available in the structure. Gym is also very small, with just a few equipment. Housekeeping personnel many times forgot to replace bathrobes, shower gels, body lotion. There are no entertainment activities. Hotel is appropriate for couples, not very recommended for groups of friends like we were.

Lovely property with amazing view. The room was great with all you need to spend a nice stay. The pool was great too with a bar at proximity to get all you need including fresh towels and water.

The property could be more clean and maintained. We found left overs of food in the corridor of the room the first days we stayed from the morning until we came back end of the day. It does not feel great to see a table full of empty bottles, half eaten cakes and fruits. The shower of the swimming pool is dirty and could be cleaned more often. Our shower in our bedroom was full of cal. Seems like the property would benefit for a bit of refresh.

I loved absolutely everything. The location is a real paradise and the staff is very kind to the people. The rooms are cleaned every day and the food is great!! Also the view is gorgeous so we had such a really good time here. I can’t forget to mention Stamatis for his ospitality and kindness..it’s the heart of the location and he made us feel like home!

ROI was really good! Staff was lovely!! Variety in the breakfast offering was also quite nice. Awesome to have a hot tub in the room!
