The hotel itself was great. Beautiful gardens and patios sit in. Tons of plants. They had two rooftop terraces that were great for relaxing or watching the town. The hotel is also very central and easily walkable to everything. Wifi was super strong. Fresh coffee is available 24 hours and the staff was incredibly helpful with everything.

The double room was a bit smaller than I imagined. Some pictures showed a desk but we didn't have one. No problem though as the kitchen had tables to work from. The bed's were a little too springy for my taste but that was my only real complaint.

Our room was very spacious and the fan did cool the room which was good. The bathroom was nice as well. I liked that you could use the kitchen and they provided fresh water. The dogs were great.

Our room was not available at the check in time and we had to wait 40 minutes with no apology. We were travelling with friends and they were in their room, but please be aware that you may be checked into a different room than what you book. This happened to our friends.

This hotel is amazing! It is clean, comfortable, colourful and beautiful with gardens all over. We had a room with a shared balcony that had access to the roof terrace with the most amazing view of the volcanos. It is really well situated, right in the center, close to basically anything you'd want to visit in Antigua, but is still very safe and quiet. Customers have advantages like discounts in restaurants and access (for 10qz) to a partners' hotel pool (which our 2 year-old really enjoyed) and lockers for those like us who want to hike Acatenango and leave their luggage in a safe place. It was perfect!

Location is very central and ideal for exploring Antigua. The shared kitchen was large and well equipped. The shared bathroom was cleaned well once a day and tidied twice a day. Lovely hot showers. Wifi worked well in our room next the the kitchen.

We were given the room downstairs right by the kitchen which could get a little loud when someone was cooking and you could hear all the conversations in reception. But we booked 2 more nights after hiking Acatenango and were upgraded to a room in the building at the back of the property behind the garden and it was very quite.

Multiple stays here before and after the Acetenango volcano hike and the hot showers were glorious. Free coffee available all day and a well equipped kitchen with good sized fridge. Very good location, within walking distance from plaza mayor and the supermarket. Two cute rescue dogs always around for pats and nose bops. Very nice balcony that would probably offer good views when it's not cloudy....

The first room we stayed in located next to the kitchen has very thin walls so you can hear everything. The curtain was too short for the window letting all the light in.

Basic lodging but great location, near restaurants and the center of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Many sitting areas inside and outside as well as kitchen and dining areas for use. Beer and soft drinks available for purchase, coffee available free if desired. Seemed secure.

Because it's located near the center of town, lots of traffic and noise. My room was quiet. Hotel can't control that kind of noise.

A great place to stay in Antigua. It's nice to have a kitchen to cook in. The room was large and clean. The location of the property is fantastic, close to so many things. They also do laundry for a good price. Overall, well worth it

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable (you feel the springs), but the other one was fine. Everything else was perfect!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was only one block from the main square. It had wonderful kitchen and laundry facilities. Rooms were a generous size and hours had a wonderful terrace off it.

A small thing...we had a private bathroom but it was located outside of the bedroom we had. A very slight inconvenience, not a game changer.

Hotel is situate in the center of Antigua and close to all the major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby including Ta'Cool Taco for lunch or Cafe Boheme for breakfast. Rooms were clean, spacious and the two rooftop terraces provide beautiful views of the volcanoes. For those with a vehicle, parking is available off-site for an additional charge.

Good location, right in the middle of town Staff very friendly, and two gorgeous dogs! Big communal kitchen available for guests We booked shuttles and the volcano tour with the hotel which were good value for money

Was an expensive small room with a shared bathroom, the one shower was in a seperate building and is the bathroom used by guests/workers too.
