Comfortable bed (I’m really demanding with a good bed) in private room, nice roof top view, mostly welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is 3 walking minutes from the Central Park, can’t be closer! The hotel was open to change my non-refundable booking without a fee. I do really appreciate that.

Rooftop terrace barely usable when it’s raining because the smallest part of it has a proper roof. This would provide a big improvement. The private room is really humid in the rainy season and a part of the wall showed some mold which is probably hardly to avoid in this city with the old buildings.

The location was excellent 👍, it's really hard to get a better location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are really comfortable

There was no air conditioning and sometimes the room got really hot 🔥 so they should include air conditioning on the rooms. The WiFi signal is bad because sometimes I was using their WiFi but the connection got lost frequently so they should fix their WiFi

the building was really nice and actually more than I was expecting. We paid for the two twin rooms in the third floor each one with a private bathroom and it was excellent

the only thing is a little bit troublesome is the parking, they don’t have one and we ended leaving our car really far from the hotel. Because it is a really small hotel they don’t have breakfast included, but you can find really good options very close.

Prices for tours where a little pricey (175 Q for picaya volcano tour/not including 100 Q for park entry Airport shuttle was 3 x the price of Uber taxi (100 Q/ we were charged 300 Q) No kitchen facilities for guests

The property was clean, centrally located and offered a very open space with rooftop. it was historic and old in its interior with complimentary tiling. the rooms were small but comfortable and offered a lot of light.

There wasn’t much to dislike, however I will say their card machine didn’t work for 5 of our bank cards so please ensure you have cash if you are paying for your stay upon arrival.

Super friendly staff, especially the lady working on the desk during the day. Rooms and communal spaces kept very clean, wifi is good, showers have warm water, nice rooftop terrace. Great decor throughout. Really good value for money!

Would prefer (lockable) lockers in the dorm rooms rather than the cabinet provided

I slept like a baby in the bed I was given, a much needed rest. The staff also came to let me know when my shuttle had arrived as I almost missed it.

Small rooms, so it was a bit tricky to store bags, not very social (pro and a con).

The room was unbearably hot, we slept with door open which leaves the room and stuff vulnerable. Roof top has no shade.
