What a brilliant host (Eyal), really friendly and efficient. The location is great as it’s close to so much. Shower was lovely. A very unique and modern apartment. I really can’t fault it. Amazing experience from start to finish. Eyal messages with recommendations of places to eat and do and any issues, he would be happy to help.

Lift was broken for our stay. And our apartment didn’t have a washing machine which for our 2/3 day stay wasn’t an issue as such. Apart from this, everything was perfect. Wish we stayed longer.

-The block of flats looks really old on the outside of it -You can hear everything from the near apartments -No hairdryer (just mentioning, it might be important to some) -Only one towel for each person (instead of two)

The apartment is quite spacious, clean and well equipped. It looks like it has just been renovated. Very close to the city center by walking and a lot of bus/metro stops around. Good comunication with the owner.

Biggest disadvantage was that the locks to main entrance door of the building, to the property with apartments and the window in the apartment were NOT CLOSED and anyone could have come inside. Also, the walls were made of paper or something because you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening outside. The check-in in the app is really fast but I would prefer normal key-cards instead of the phone as a key to the apartment door. The remote control for TV did not work (probably because of low battery). The building itself is pretty old and not kept in cleanliness, it misses some renovation.

The kitchen was great, and the bed was very comfy. Good value for money. Clear instructions on check-in and check out and great location if you like walking or using lime. The elevator works fantastic, and there is an adequate air conditioner. Several local grocery stores are in a walking distance and a fantastic cheap gym 10 minutes walk from the apartment (4% gym)

Forks were missing in the kitchen. Cleaning is strangely extra cost (10 euros per day). We took one cleaning, and it was just putting stuff in their place. The kitches floor simply stayed dirty. The TV did NOT work during the whole stay, and I got no help from the staff. Fortunately for us, we had an inner apartment, but others have windows open to the floor entrance, which looks very uncomfortable in terms of privacy and security. Beware that the ceiling upstairs is very low, and you WILL bump your head there at least once when trying to reach the bed.

I liked the interior design, I liked how central it was, it was cosy and warm, bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and spacious. Lots of storage. Bright and airy feel. Host was very attentive and gave us great recommendations for food and sights in the city. Extra blankets and pillows there just in case too.

Ceiling in the upstairs was quite low and hit my head a few times. One of the shower hose holders were broken, not a huge deal as I wasn’t washing my hair. Lift was also broken and it’s on the top floor, but I think that’s a building thing and not the hosts fault. Iron in the apartment but quite poor and no ironing board.

The apartment is stunning and looks great. The bed is extremely comfortable and there's almost nothing negative to mention about the apartment. It's in a very central location, just 3 minutes from the tram. Rossmann is 7 minutes away, an Asian store is 5 minutes away, and a small Spar supermarket is only 5 minutes away, with a larger one around 7 minutes away. The beautiful New York Cafe is about 10 minutes away. With the tram, metro, or bus, everything else interesting in the center is also easily accessible. The owner/agent is very friendly and provided detailed information on the check-in process, shared some great ideas on things to do in Budapest, offered apartment cleaning services for €10 per day, and was always available via WhatsApp.

The second floor is a bit low, which isn't an issue for my 170 cm tall girlfriend, but it's a bit tight for me at 187 cm. However, since the only thing upstairs is the bed, it’s not a major problem. The elevator was out of service. There were no cleaning supplies provided in the apartment, but the sponge for the dishes and the dish soap. Additionally, only two towels were provided for a four-day stay. Although I didn't request more during my stay, I am still expecting to receive more than two towels for a four days trip.

Location is very good, it's close to a super market and bus stops to reach certain attractions like the city center. The room was very clean, everything was good but the only complaints I have would be about the bathroom. It was very clean, however the sink is too strong and splashes water everywhere, and is somewhat awkward to use. The big shower head does not work, only the handheld small one does, and it leaks a lot of water from its base. Other than that, this apartment was perfect and the host was very professional, helpful, and nice.

The apartment is located almost in the middle of the old town, providing very easy access to all the places you'd like to visit. The entrance has an authentic and historical charm, while the interior is modern and well-kept, adding to the comfort of living. There are plenty of small restaurants and shops nearby where you can buy food. In the same building, there's a craft beer bar and a restaurant that received a Michelin star in 2023. Additionally, one of the famous "New York" restaurants is just a 5-minute walk away. All the top-rated places are easily accessible by walking from the apartment, which was a major highlight.

There was nothing that would lead to negative feedback. The owner is constantly working on improving the service, which is highly appreciated.

The location was very good, near to restaurants, bars, etc. Also the recommendations of where to go were good, and communications (on WhatsApp) were quick and useful. Luggage store and taxi booking also very helpful.

The kitchen equipment isn't really designed for much use. I get that, as there are so many options in the area, but if you provide washing up equipment why not include a tea towel? Also the shower fitting was secured for a giant - you could not have a hands-free shower. Finally better pillows would have been nice - these were a bit lumpy. Generally it's just little things that someone coming with a fresh pair of eyes could point out. Finally the main door (off the street) was never locked when we went in and out, so some issues of security to note.
