Excellent breakfast buffet - the best we've had in travelling India. It was a very comfortable stay and appreciated the small touches - e.g. extra water the 2nd day when housekeeping realised we'd used all the water provided previous, rose petals on bed. Good facilities - exercise centre, pool/table tennis in kids room.

The room didn't appear fully made up on our first night - missing face towels and comb in bathroom. Make sure you check your Booking.com discount is applied - it hadn't been added when we went to check-out so needed to ask for it to be added. Limited reception support - only two people on which leads to queuing around check in and check out times.

Nice hotel, very comfortable beds, friendly and professional staff (special mention to Sajeb at the front desk, thank you Sajeb!), great variety of food options which was convenient for our different tastes.

This is a 4 star level hotel, not 5. We stayed in a Marriott in Jaipur which was a proper 5 star hotel, so the Agra one needs to be upgraded to be a real 5, or reflect the 4 stars in the price. It was still nice and comfortable, just not 5 stars like their Jaipur counterpart.

Room was clean. Staff who are responsible for the cleaning are great. All we met in level 2 (we stayed at 257) were nice people, helpful and kind. Asking us if all were ok and if we need anything. Breakfast was ok. Not many non Indian choices though. Location was good, easy to reach Taj Mahal. Room was provided and a lot I must say. Toiletries ok, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, sleepers as well.

Could have more towels (even though the staff asked us if we need more) Breakfast can be improved with more choices for non Indians. People working at breakfast seem disorganised. The 2 ladies at the front desk of the breakfast are watching all the time the area though and assist.

Breakfast and the staff attending at the breakfast were really good. The hotel was clean and had most amenities for the kids.

The reception staff is pathetic. The guy played smart in giving us a small room with no view despite we having booked a premium room with pool side location. Upon asking they said they don’t have room with king side bed. Finally senior guy came and gave us the room booked!! Basically the staff tried his luck!! The front staff is least responsive of any queries ( even if basic water bottle requirement) and donot convey to the staff!!

I recently stayed at the Hotel and it was near Taj Mahal and Red Fort and it was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the location was perfect. The food was also amazing, especially the breakfast. The manager in charge was incredibly helpful and even offered to organise any special requests we had. We did end up requesting some special food and It was really good. On our last day, we had trouble getting a taxi, but the same manager came to our rescue and ordered one for us. Overall, I would give this hotel and its staff a 1000 out 10 rating. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

There was nothing I would say wasn’t right.

Although we have expected a nice accommodation, this hotel surpassed our expectation. The room and the bathroom were spacious and well provided for travellers’ needs, the bed was big and comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. The hotel is surrounded by a relatively specious, well-maintained parkland organised as a set of separated but interconnected, thematic gardens: a swimming pool, an al fresco restaurant with discrete live music, a night bar, a disco. Illuminated by discrete garden light (and, in our case, by the full moon), all these created a very pleasant and uniquely romantic atmosphere. The hotel staff was very professional, maintaining the right balance between respect for guests and genuine cordiality. A pleasant experience indeed!

A comfortable stay, the room is spacious, clean and the breakfast was good, buffet style. A lot of choices for food including local and international. The head chef looked after us well. Dheerendr from the breakfast is so attentive and professional, he has made our breakfast experience so enjoyable. All the staff are great. Rupendra is exceptional, he was kind and helpful. Thank you

The hotel is very nice and clean. The room is comfortable. The location is great.

The staff at the reception are very friendly. When you call the operator it felt that the person does not speak very good English. She was having hard time to understand. Had to call few times. Finally I went down to reception to get what I want. Also I was ordering room service and you can’t order directly to the restaurant but thorough the operator. The lady was having hard time answering some questions about the menu

I booked the Courtyard Marriott, Agra to relax at the Tattva Spa after a day exploring the Taj Mahal. The massage, steam bath, and shower, and dinner at the MoMo restaurant were the highlights of my stay. The security team at the gate, restaurant and cafe staff are awesome.

unfortunately, I stayed while the hotel was doing some updating. As a result, there was a little bit more noise and dust. Inside the bedroom, the cleaning staff do their best to provide an excellent stay, butI do recommend to have carpet cleaning services once in awhile.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. In the evening, we enjoyed a drink at the open bar in the garden, which had a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The waitstaff was not only kind but also incredibly polite, making our experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Agra. It offers both affordability and trustworthiness, which can be a rarity in a city filled with tourist traps.
