Our first hotel on our trip of 5 and this was by the far the best. Great location for the Taj Mahal. Nice breakfast but after we had picked out for the buffet then we were asked if we wanted an eggs for a omelette or fried so ask before you pick any food.

The hotel wanted a deposit before our stay so you end up paying more for your accomadation for example price quoted is £100 so you send £50 plus £10 international payment and then the hotel charges you for their bank transaction of £10 so you end up paying £120.

Great location! Walking distance from Taj Mahal. The staff was also great, sometimes maybe to great haha! Things as scoop up your food, pour in your drinks, asking 4 times if every thing is okay. All really nice things but we're not used to this so we we're a bit overwhelmed. But they do their best to make u feel at home! The location is near by allot of stuff and also the area is great to walk around. It's very clean :)

There was not much that could be better, if I have to name a thing; the room was clean but the ceiling had some edges that had a lot of dust on them, even the ventilator had the some on top of the blades. As i said, it didn't irritate us but that could be better :) Also the restaurant on top had great food ! We

Very close to Taj Mahal - 8 mins by walk. Highly recommended for families. Special mention of Mr. OP Yadav, who coordinated very well and made our stay more pleasant and our free pick up from the Agra train station. Breakfast was a nice combo of indo-western choices:)

Nothing, perhaps the WiFi was dodgy at times!

Great heritage hotel, with some modern features. Incredible marble inlay floors in the halls and on the pillars A true Raj welcome, loved being greeted with a scarf and cold drink by the doorman in traditional dress. Perfect location for Jal Mahal, I could see it from my window! Close to Amber fort and Jaigarth fort. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout the whole resort made it a peaceful experience. Good restaurant and tasty ,plentiful breakfast buffet. Room service is quick and no extra charge above restaurant prices. We would go back if we were in Jaipur again.

The river/ drainage ditch which runs past one side of the hotel could be smelled in the room, especially after it rained. This is likely an issue with the one on that side of the hotel. The mattress on the bed was collapsed and well past it's useful date, needs urgently replacing. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we were so tired nothing bothered us. The second night we were up at 4am for early flight . To be fair, I didn't mention it when we were there as we were out all day sightseeing and did not want to upset the amazing staff!

Very comfortable hotel with a convenient location to walk to the East Gate of Taj as well as restaurants and shops in the area. The roof top would be great if weather is appropriate. Apparently one can see the Taj from the roof but because of the smog we could not see anything, but the rooftop in the evening looked very romantic for dinner setting. The food in the restaurant was adequate especially when we had just had a long day and wanted to relax in the comfort of the hotel. Very reasonably priced hotel and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Nothing really. One had to run the hot water tap for a long time to get hot water but that seems to be the usual problem in India!!

The location of the hotel. Was very closed to Taj mahal,walking distance ,also restaurant on the roof top was excellent but as it was a bit foggy on our stay ,we missed the view of the Taj. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr Yadav was very polite and assisted with our little issues.i used laundry service and it was brought to my room pack . Breakfast was nice, Also need to point out very important things. Buy you souvenirs from the hotel,it is way cheaper than outside as we got fooled by our guide so they could reap commission on your purchase, the hotel shop is way cheaper and safer ,package is very decent compared to outside shop and they don't force you to buy. I would definitely go back with my family to the Taj resort again

Hot water took a bit longer to reached as you have to let the cold water flow a bit . The room had no safe.

The hotel was in the perfect location....walking distance to the Taj Mahal. The breakfast is excellent ! The rooms are compact but still comfortable and clean. The pool is a pure delight after a hot day touring around the Taj Mahal . The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They helped us organise onward travel after a problem with our driver. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We would have preferred to eat breakfast outside on the rooftop but understand that the kitchen is downstairs and this could be difficult.

Hotel is at a excellent location very near to Taj Mahal, staff is very polite and supportive. Pool and roof top cafe was amazing to enjoy and have fun with family. Rooms are nice and clean with all amenities. Complementary breakfast was a good treat to start your day and service was fast too. They have good gallery in the basement where you can experience the old ways of craftsmanship and shop some amazing hand made showpieces. I would highly recommend to stay at this property if you want a reasonable priced room and good amenities with a best location in Agra.

Perfect location to visit the Taj Mahal! About a 5 minute walk to the East Gate and the view from the rooftop is fantastic, a perfect hotel for sightseeing. Room was clean and comfy, the staff were very attentive and communication was great before we even arrived. Booked a fantastic guide for the Taj through the hotel as well so would definitely recommend using their services. Food was very good, a little pricey but can't really complain too much. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location. This is a fantastic hotel, in the perfect spot, just a short 800 metre walk from the East Gate of the Taj Mahal. The room was very nice and perfectly clean, whilst the restaurant provided excellent good value food that fitted our dietary needs. Everyone was so helpful and kind throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble. They genuinely do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

I genuinely can't think of anything we didn't like.
