The bed is sooo amazing and comfortable. It’s a great place if you need a break from all the noises in touristic places

When we arrived we didn’t get much explanation about the hotel and it’s different parts - for which the main manager excused later and kindly showed and explained all. Without that we would have been lost to our destiny.. Also People don’t understand that in places like Agra or Jaipur the tourists are constantly asked to buy something, pay extra, give money.. sometimes it’s just too much.. if you than get to a hotel where you wanna have a break from it all but you get shopkeepers which are also asking you to go to their shops, staff expecting tips for every little thing.. may this is how it should be, but I don’t feel a client should feel obliged to constantly give money.. than a doubt comes if all the kindness is only out of expectation?

It was clean and hygenic. Food was tasty at Mughal Room and also for Breakfast. Variety of food was adequate. Had coffee which again was very good. Person who served us coffee was prompt and courteous. House Keeping staff was very courteous and prompt. Rooms were located from where Taj Mahal was partially visible. Excellent view.

Excellent front office . They let us keep one room for extra time as we had to go to Taj . Dinner at Mughal room was excellent

The breakfast was very ordinary, guests not attended well. Food quality wasn't upto the mark either.

Staff are friendly, hotel has large quiet grounds. This was first 5* hotel built in Agra - in 1970s. Showing a bit of wear around the edges, but everything works. Definite value for money.

Great hotel- best in everything, clean rooms, good facilities, beautiful decor, they accommodated extra bed in the same and accommodated my 4 young kids for the price of one extra bed. great staff, great food, will visit again when there is a chance

Lovely property, very well maintained. The roof restaurant is amazing. Great ambiance and lovely food..the live music was the highlight. The location is very close to the Taj Mahal.

Can't think of anything negative as such.

Good Big room with excellent view of Taj. Nice polite staff, Good food, Well maintained garden. Smooth check in and check out. Ms Shivani at reception was responsive and supporting.

Slow room service 😔

It was clean and tidy.

The checkin took much longer the guy started attending other customers before I even got our keys.

Breakfast was good, large selection of things to eat. Grounds were very nice to walk and sit in. Quite quiet. Evening meals were a bit pricey but very good, mild in chilli spice.

I liked the quality of services and ambience of the property. Guards were welcoming and well behaved. Location was very good as we didn't have to travel much to reach desired places. We can recommend this hotel for the same reason.

Many staff members were seeking tip all the time. That is a bit awkward for a guest, as it's the guest's wish whom he wants to reward. Also, the room size was small as per the price range.
