Someone was available to check us in and make us sandwiches even though it was almost 2AM. Location wise it is 10/10 as it was a 4 minute walk to the East Gate. The manager helped us hire an auto to the airport even though the driver wanted more money later. Note: The only autos allowed to pick up are the electric ones. Drop off any kind of car or auto is ok. Also, cash only

There aren’t many amenities at this price point. The room was dated. It was cold when we visited and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket. Beds are firm

The view from the rooftop is worth the money spent. Not in our wildest dreams we thought we'd have breakfast and dinner with unobstructed Taj views. Additionally Taj by walking is 3 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful to our requests and food in restaurant has a normal price. So it comes to what you value and consider to be comfortable or not

Hotel is currently under repair. Some parts are not yet renewed. The room is basic and rustic. Location is great for Taj mahal but maybe complicated for anything else as traffic gets crazy during the day ex. Uber auto (tuk tuk) can drop you in the hotel but cannot pick you up.

The staff really makes the difference in this hotel! I got sick one night and my girlfriend asked the staff for some medicine, and they personally brought her to the local doctor and, since she didn’t have her wallet, they took care of the costs and didn’t want the money back! Having someone so helpful in these bad moments, when you are sick and alone in a foreign country, is something that really makes your stay.

The location near tajmahal was exceptional Room was comfortable Staff was very cooperative Mr Raju (chef) made very tasty food and best part was that food was available 24×7 round the clock. Mr Abhishek (receptionist) was also very helpful and nice person. The owner Mr Arora was also kind and welcoming. So in total it was a very good 3 days stay at the hotel...

Charming rooms and rooftop with an absolutely stunning view of the Taj Mahal. They served delicious food to the rooftop area which allowed us to relax the first night while still experiencing the area. We also got to watch monkeys hangout and jump from building to building. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us many tips for things to do in Agra, when to do them, and what else to see in India.

I liked its proximity to tajmahal and the view of it from the terrace. Staff was courteous

I didn't like the fact they don't have kettles in the room. That is such a requirment these days. With some confusion with the booking.com description I ended up booking a standard room which was not to my liking. I didn't like the cleanliness aspect of sheets in the room. I just hope the upgraded rooms have cleaner sheets.So next time I want to book their upgraded room. Overall they had a very helpful and courteous staff. I had a good stay.

Cleanest room I've stayed in India. Beautiful room. All marble bathroom. Has everything you need. Love relaxing on the rooftop terrace. Great in house kitchen can cook you whatever you want whenever you want. 3 minute walk to the Taj Mahal. Incredible location! Also has Agra/ Taj Ganj's best restaurants right out front. This is the perfect place to stay in Agra.

The hotel is in a 5 minutes walk from the Taj Mahal so it's a very good location, the staff was super nice and helpful, the view is really good, the rooms were clean, good value

it's in the heart of the city near the Taj Mahal so you can't access the hotel by car but it's possible with an auto, there are stairs

Quiet location very close to Taj Mahal East Gate, three minutes walk. 20 minutes by Tuktuk from Agra Cantt station. Friendly and honest staff, easy going and willing to help. We got a room to shower for free even after checkout. Good restaurant, roof terrace with good view of the Taj and/or cozy seating area downstairs.

Window from our room directed to inner yard. Huge AC in front of that window. Couldn't completely close the window. No mosquito net.

It's location is its best point. And view from terrace cafe is awesome. One can spend a peaceful time there.We enjoyed our tea in terrace. It costs only 30rs!! awesome na Got a very cozy clean room in a nominal price. They helped us to book Taj Mahal ticket and booked a Auto in 4:30 morning for our train. Bathroom was also clean. I changed my stay plan suddenly from 2 nights to 1 night. They understood and changed the booking. This is very nice gesture.

Food quantity can be increased for inhouse hotel cafe.
