It is a nice hotel, not far from Taj Mahal which offers an excursion to Agras main monuments. I found their services extremely convenient,specially for me that was on a tight program.

Although I enjoyed buying some marble souvenirs I would have prefered to spend some more time at the 2 main monuments,where the obligatory guide left me only something like 30 minutes for watching in order to reserve more time to buying souvenirs from this market that he knew. After all 20 minutes for souvenirs are more than enough.It doesn't have to be almost two hours.

a very warm and welcoming hotel with a lot of style and feels luxurious for the price. wonderful staff and service - they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast buffet was great and the Chinese restaurant on site was very good. The pool is lovely too.

some of the facilities were not functioning - eg the sauna, gym, rooftop bar but this seemed reflected in the resided price we paid

The room service is excellent. The staff turn up quickly at a phone call. And all your needs are taken care of and attended to very efficiently.

the property feels a little dated and the finishes can be done better. The area outside the hotel is just awful due to the roadworks. So it feels dirty to step out of the hotel. This is not a complaint about the hotel just the surroundings.

Most of the staff is good. Many men at reception need training for customer service as the charges are of 5 star hotel.

Room Furnishing are not as clean as the price charged. Breakfast options were very limited. Room service menu charges were way too high. As high as 7 to 8 hundred which is 5 star charges.

Major comfort things were available. Specially bed was nice and clean. Staff was co-operative Safety and security was excellent

Bathroom needs to improve as found Walls become fade and dirt , Bathtub found repaired

Every arrangement here is systematic, for which I do not need to say anything. Staff behavior, hotel management, hotel cleanliness, hotel food, room service, swimming pool, everything is very good. if my any friend plan to Agra siteseen then i suggest or my focus to book this Hotel for stay.

Good location. Short rickshaw ride to Taj Mahal. Shopping across the road. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable.

A little noisy. Would recommend headphones or earplugs to sleep.

Room and hotel services are top most first class like a five star hotel . Always recommend for myself and others. Worth the prize for one night , breakfast are really tasty so much varieties i was surprised really , they so much respect to us ,like waooooooooo 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Thanks to every staff!!!🌹👍.

They forgot to keep slippers in my room , we have to trouble with it , but its okay !!!!! Otherwise everything was awesome

Good property located on Mall Road, very close to the Taj Mahal. Courtesy & co-operative staff upgraded our room free of cost, neat & clean rooms, lavish buffet breakfast. Value for money hotel & is definitely worth revisiting.

Rooms should be well lit, very dim lights.

Lobby design, puppets theater, breakfast, size of the room, funny bell boy, hotel management making their best to fix a small incident I faced

Weak wifi in the room, safe didn’t work, a but muddy if you walk outside - cars no problem, make sure using safe for valuable items left in the room
