I especially loved about the staff and the hospitality. They are very friendly. I would personally recommend Japanese people to stay here as well. It’s introduced in the famous Japanese guide book, and so did I. It’s safe here and people here are supportive. They helped me a lot. That made my stays in Agra awesome and unforgettable memories. In the internet sometimes says that you should not trust people. But here was different. I felt that they are so fine and kindly helped me. And it’s close to Taj Mahal.

This is the best place to stay in Agra. The staff is very friendly, helpful, understanding and accommodating. The food is great and the portions are big. The hotel is in a great location for all of the attractions that Agra has to offer. I very, very highly recommend Maya hotel and restaurant. A special thanks to Mr. Raju, Mr. Khan and the rest of the owners for all of their help.

The monkeys are a problem so keep your doors and windows closed because they will come in if they can! Otherwise I have no complaints!

Our travel itinerary wasn't suitable normal check-in check-out of hotels. However, owner was helpful to adjust as per requirement. The staffs are welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and well organized. The hotel was being upgraded at the time of our visit, I believe it's gone look fabulous when completed.

There is not much, as suggestion I would recommend to be active with communicating via Booking message channel.

The staff were all fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. The location could not be better as far as access to the Taj is concerned. We literally walked there at 5:00 in the morning. Very comfortable and professional hotel and well run. Excellent value for money.

I had a very nice time at the hotel. The manager was very friendly and assisted me with the tours. He organized an inexpensive car and tuc tuc for me without trips to shops or tour guides! The room was very large and comfortable with a balcony.

Staff were very attentive to our needs and helpful. Food was amazing at the restaurant. The room was very comfortable and clean. Taj Mahal and metro is right next to it. Highly recommend this hotel.

I like the royal look of the room, the combination of bed color with table, chair and almira was best. The lamp light at wall was looking good. Bed sheet and covers was clean.

The door must have a manual lock from inside, it will assure my privacy. There should be a room service phone and must tell the wifi password in advance.

It is a very nice hotel. The rooms were cozy and attractive. Clean bathroom. We were 4 people and stayed in two of their rooms. Overall a good and clean hotel

The restaurant is expensive. I believe they have a higher price for the value. Breakfast is not included which normally should be included at that price.

Ideal location for the Taj, food good, staff extremely helpful. Highly recommended. Raj could not do enough or be more helpful. You will not be disappointed.
