Rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, helpful and were easy to communicate with in English. Hotel also had a great restaurant with a good variety of food. They also had very convenient transportation options.

We had to pay while checking in which was unexpected. Would recommend to exchange dollars and have local currency before arriving at the hotel. We also had some issues with Wi-Fi. It kept getting disconnected frequently and needed to login every time. It did improve towards the end of our trip

Raj Park Hotel management was good and recommended for a peaceful and safety stay. the problem is with booking.com where I booked for 2 adults and when I reach the hotel, their system only shows booking only for 1 adult where its bookig.com fault so I have to pay additional taxes for my colleague.

The room prices for direct walk in is much more cheaper that booking.com

Breakfast was a good spread with decent amount of options and variety. Food was fresh with live counters for omelettes and dosas. Room was small but good value for the price paid. Service was good and prompt, with helpful staff.

Wifi was patchy and not consistent throughout the stay. Room was in an annexe off the main building which in itself is all right but a challenge when it rained (which it did a few times). Room itself was good.

Hotel was centrally located. Very clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable wit good A/C and water heater and water pressure was excellent Staffs were friendly. Food at the restaurant was good but u might expect a little delay when u order ala carte. Overall it was a good experience.

We were given the last room and there were ongoing construction next to the hotel. So it was quite noisy till late night.

We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The food in the restaurant, particularly the à la cart menu was fabulous. The porter even gave us a list of places that would be worth seeing on our half day in Chennai. It was like a magical mystery tour, in a Tuk Tuk. We are grateful for the care they showed. 

Breakfast was awesome, and I got an opportunity to taste all kinds of dishes. And the room was maintained very neatly. I had enough space to rest in the room.

Bathrooms should be maintained in a cleaner way. This is my suggestion. Otherwise everything else is very neat and clean

Food was very nice in the hotel!

The pools timetable don't really work for business people as it closes at 6pm

Central Location. Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Availablity of Swimming pool..though I couldn't get in due to time constraint.

Had difficulty in closing the Door properly from inside.

Awesome food. A mix of southern and northern dishes besides the continental ones preserving the authentic taste and flavour. Good Experience.

One more floor mat inside the room would have been much better. The taste of the water is to be considered. Two water bottles per day in a room would be really great and appreciating.

Breakfast was good and lot of variety. Nice food. Location was excellent.

There was no car park inside the premises., Car park is basis for a 5+ k rental per day. Bathroom was not comfortable as senior people have to climb on bath tub for a bath for a 5+ k rental.
