The property is good. However, they claim it as 5 star, i am not sure, if the benchmarking for 5star is relaxed now. It didn't seem to he a 5 star property.

I asked for a non-smoking room and was allotted 302. However, continuously throughout my stay, I felt the smoke smell was coming to my room. I am not sure it was a faulty AC system or something else. One other thing which I would like to share is while I was having a meeting in the outdoor swimming area, facilities staff started using the mosquito smoke, not even considerate of customers sitting there.

The food provided at the hotel was very good. The meals were never the same each day. Well worth the price to eat at the hotel. Hospitality was great. All members of the staff from the security to the cleaning personnel were all friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out was easy and the staff was always trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Taxi service being available to shuttle to airport was a plus. One less thing you have to worry about on the last day of the trip.

There wasn't much that my friends and I didn't like about our stay at this hotel. I do recommend some upgrades to the gym equipment but what they currently have on hand would suffice for a quick workout. The pool hours wouldn't work very well for those that are working throughout the day. Open 7am-7pm. I recommend extending the hours to accommodate those that come into town for work and would like to relax in the pool.

The hotel stuff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok, lots of food, one may choose Indian and western options. Rooms are comfortable, spacious but are a bit “old”. The hotel is located by a busy street and there is no sidewalk, so it may be challenging to walk. Best to move around with a riksha. The hotel stuff may help you with that. They also provide information how to cross the busy street if you need to😀

The hotel is great. We stayed for 4 nights for a wedding event. We were a big group coming from Europe and we have only nice words for the hotel and the employees, who always were willing to help, especially with taxis situation. Sigin and all the team, thanks for all the help! Bar was good too, nice pool and big room, the best hotel that we were in India so far.

The staff were well mannered courteos and polite. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and has a variety to choose from.

Location is a challenge...heavy traffic and takes a lot of time to move around, its also expensive to commute to and from the hotel. The sofa had a loose amrest.

I thought it was nearer to the airport - there was a shuttle, which implied near, but costs 2000 ISR - an Uber was less than 500 ISR, but still a longer journey than anticipated.

Overally nice stay. It's a modern building, with a restaruant, bar, swimming pool and gym (did't use). Attentive staff. Nice restsurants nearby.

Rooms/bathrooms are a bit worn compared to beautiful lobby area. Quite far from city center - just to keep in mind.

Buffet was very good. Varity the staff in the restaurant was welcoming. The reception need to improve

There was no menu card in the room and the window was full of dust and dirtl.the shower was full of scales

I am very thankful for the early check in arranged as requested.. Only problem is due to the ongoing metro works and traffic, getting taxi especially during evening time is veey difficult.

Nothing to mention. Only when I am leaving the hotel I booked a auto. But they told auto was not allowed. Basically ola uber cab have bad diesel smell into their car. Basically auto journey I always enjoy coz its comfortable coz we get fresh air also cheap. I dont think if someone travelling by auto so its related with their status. For kind of information I have a convertible mercedes-benz which I use since last 15 years. So a normal 5 lakh or 10 lakh rs car allowed inside the hotel (which i think just a dabba not a car) but a auto not allowed. Means its really funny.
