Sunday morning breakfast was horrendous. Not enough place to be seated and staff were struggling to find table. Junior level servers were working and assisting families. There was no sign of F&B Manager to take a decision to extend the breakfast area. I had to ask and request the Captain of restaurant ti allow taking food to the bar area. Over all you can feel shortage of middle management and higher management. Looks like the hotel is left under all junior level staff.

Please have presence of your higher management team for management and guidance. Felt sorry for staff.

1. Staff frequently messed up a. We ordered two items from in room dining. They brought only one and missed to bring the other. Had to make calls and sort it out. b. We booked appointment with the spa. When we turned up for the appointment they said they did not have any appointment. Only then we realised reception patched us to Sipcot novotel spa. c. In the breakfast buffet, we had to keep reminding about the live station orders like dosa and omelette. d. No information about the stay, buffet timings, key card access requirement for the lift was conveyed during checkin 2. Key card kept getting disabled

Really spacious rooms. Stayed at a suite. Decent view. Clean rooms and staff very friendly as well. Lots of complimentary things and their toiletries were also complete. Toilet was really clean as well.

F&B outlets dining experience could be better / more private. Didn't feel like I would want to dine there for long. A friend visited and wanted to host them in the lounge downstairs but seating was uncomfortable and it was too loud. We also ate at the restaurant and that experience could also have been better. The location is a bit far from the city, but not too much of a problem. I would plan ahead for Uber Rides as it's not a place they frequent.

Hotel very comfortable and the service excellent. Staff is really second to none from reception to room cleaning to restaurant. The Chef Sounthar is exceptionally helpful. I do not eat spicy food and chillies and he did all possible to make me happy. He is incredibly helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Very good and large variety for all tastes.

We regret to say that the pool can not accomodate so many people. Above all so many noisy children. Also would be good to have a sign asking people to shower and tie the long hair.

the loud “noise” in the name of music at the cafe. there is no other cafe at the property if I have to meet someone or do my office work. the only cafe has a loud speaker and whenever I asked to reduce the volume, the employee said she can’t help or turn off the music. that was rude and I had two bank employees meeting me. the speaker is broken and the speaker made a very bad loud grrrr sound in between and that was frustrating. am not coming back.

Good facilities

Overall it was an excellent property veith great food and facility. One glitch, elevator asks for the access card every time. When you travel with family, the card has to be in the room for electricity, then you shall provide two cards for a family check in as we have to use the other facilities when kids want to go for play or pool. My wife had to come each time to take us when the elevator asked for the card

This was our second stay and it didn't disappoint. We would really like to especially mention Saymalya on the front desk. without hesitation he stepped in multi times to assist us. Not only with language issues but shared his excellent general Knowledge. so impressed with the standard and staff of this hotel we booked a third visit. Thank you Saumalya

Hi ,Im from Sri Lanka . Best hotel for family stay and buffet was awesome and tasty..staffs were very friendly...100% hygienic hotel..security guards r doing best for the hotels and they r safeguarding the customers in a best way.... , the hotel have room dining as well,laundry service also 100% best ...within 6 to 8hrs they return the laundry goods with good care....💯❤.

The room are spacious but view is ok . Breakfast is a buffet spread which had enormous varieties . Staff is very courteous. Angshuman at the front desk was extremely polite and gave us a wonderful hospitality . The location is not too far from the airport.

The cleanliness of the washroom especially the commode was not up to the mark.

Rooms and services was very good. Good buffet breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms.

Front staffs were not friendly and little bit rude. If call for any queries or help, need to call 2-3 times for same thing. Buffet dinner was exeptional, BUT you will get only water with dinner. No juice, no tea or coffee with dinner, you need to pay extra for that. Some staffs are very good and some staffs don't know how to be friendly with the customer. Location is not much good. And there are no activities like games or play grounds as mentioned in the site.
