Throughout our stay, the hotel room consistently upheld impeccable standards of cleanliness and comfort, exemplifying excellence in every aspect. However, the efficacy of the soundproofing was lacking, and the amalgamated beds frequently disassembled, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience. Moreover, regrettably, instances of cockroach sightings were noted within both the room and the restroom, diminishing the overall satisfaction with the accommodation.

Despite the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel room, the soundproofing is subpar, and the two beds, when combined, tend to disassemble easily. Additionally, there have been sightings of cockroaches both in the room and in the toilet facilities.

The breakfast buffet spread was nice. The room service is good, cleanliness and staff were courteous. There was a open space in the restaurant which can be enjoyed for having dinner in open garden.

The games room and pool were in the adjacent building in Novotel. The pool usage charges are extra which was not mentioned while booking. There is no proper couch in the room for sitting. The one which was provided was not at all comfortable to sit. Suggest to make some seating arrangement comfortable in the room.

Additionally, all basic amenities are provided seamlessly, contributing to an overall exceptional experience.

Upon checking into the room, I noted with disappointment that the cleanliness of the toilet was questionable, prompting me to request additional amenities. Furthermore, the water kettle provided was completely unusable, evidently having been misused for cooking by a previous guest. Upon notifying the room service attendant, I requested a replacement, emphasizing the need for cleanliness and functionality. It became apparent that the staff responsible for cleaning and maintenance were not upholding the expected standards. To ensure consistency and improvement, it is imperative for the establishment to implement supervisory oversight to monitor room routines and enhance overall quality control measures.

We did like the accomodation. Everyone was very friendly and helpfull.

In the room there was a paper sign you could put on the bed when you would want the sheets to be cleaned/changed. However, every day the sheets had been changed, even though I did not put the paper sign on the bed. Moreover, usually your towels would be changed when you leave them on the floor, but my towels were changed every day, even though I would have liked to reuse them. This is a waste of energy and resources and has a negative effect on the environment.

i liked the breakfast, room service, wifi, outside view, gym.

The front desk did not honor first come first serve. There was no stanchion post with wait line which would have made people to follow the queue. Everyone just barging in on the desk and it was frustrating. when i called the reception to book a room they said its not available. But i was able to find rooms online and also through booking.com. No DND note to hand on the room doors. Bathroom shower area is too small and skewed. Bed was not comfy and it was hard. Mini refrigerator didn't work.

it was my first time to use this hotel. Staffs were very kind and care for the guests. Check in and check out takes minimum time. Enjoyed breakfast and room is clean and neat. Bed also very comfortable. It was beyond my expectation.

Room size is a bit small... so didn't get a proper place to put the suit case.. and there are so much traffic nearby this hotel due to construction works... need to start earlier for the airport and city side. there are not many shops around, not very good to walk around.

Firstly , it was one of my good stay with ibis and we always prefer ibis stays because the staff behaviour especially this time luyia (not remember her name exactly) has helped a seamless check in and assisted the process very helpful and never to forget the security gaurds especially shamil this time too good.

I'm sincerely requesting ibis team that please give some offeres to the customer who were always prefer ibis hotels. It's very sad to know that the reality no offer , no concession for existing ibis customers who always prefer for their vocation and business reasons. please let me know if there is any way to get an offer please. Please have some extra evening entertainment activities atleast weekend days so that people will prefer ibis very frequently. Please increase playing are and add other games. Please increase swimming pool width and capacity. it's somehow very bad to see only one swimming pool for all of the customers who came stay in ibis as well as Novotel. I hope above points are valid and it reaches you to respected team and hope needful will happen in future.

Breakfast spread was excellent. Indian breakfast was very good and quick service. Western counter was good too. Loved it. The staff and cooks were very responsive. The seating arrangement could be slightly better during peak period but we were okay.

Nah! I believe the it's value for money hotel and no complains per say given short business trip. if you can arrange for shuttles for near by offices, it'd be great.

The location is spot on. It is near to most of the IT companies. Good connectivity with local transport. The rooms are comfy. The breakfast spread is good. All the staff members were very cordial and happy to deal with. The reception takes care of our requests very well and acts on it quickly too. The house keeping staff were a delight as I had a 4 day stay and had a brief interaction with them. Makes me want to stay with IBIS where ever I go.

Nothing to complain but late checkouts could be made better based on the availability of the rooms for upcoming guests.
